Beat new high-quality mixer, look out Kitchenaid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Move over, Kitchenaid! Hands down, this is the best mixer I have ever used. It's easy to assemble and use. All you have tondo is to lift the top of the base unit, place the mixing bowl on top of the bottom part of the stand, and lock it in. Then, you add your attachment of choice and lower the top part. There is a splash shield you can attach to keep from making a mess, too! Once you are ready to mix, on the top there is a round nob, press it once to turn the light on, turn the nob one way to pick the speed level, press again and turn nob to set a timer for how long to mix it for and then press the nob one more time to start. Also, it is so quiet when using. Bonus - the product comes with extra attachments to make bread and pasta, as well as a wisp, so you don't have to go out and buy additional tools. The attachments are top of the line products. They come in a duster bag, so when you are done cleaning, you can easily store them.back in their bags for safe keeping. Just think, if you couldn't make it before, you can now with this product.

I made my favorite bread (the 10 grain/multigrain bread from "Rose's Baking Bible" and it had ideal distribution of the grains and best rise and texture. I adore this mixer!

This is a great product that manages easily 1 kg of flower. For smaller batches below 500 g it’s not that simple, but up and above 2 kg is perfect.
Also from a design point of view it’s wonderful.
I am not sure yet about lifetime but ooni is offering 5 years warranty so it’s a very good first step!

I love the spiral mixer. Only the noise if the mixer at 50% and above ist not really great. But the dough are all always great.

I absolutely love my new Omni mixer it’s amazing!!! I have my cottage bakery license and this is making it much easier to make my sourdough bread and other goodies. Love it!!!
