Longevity concerns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am concerned about the mixer’s longevity. 1kg flour 70% hydration and the mixer seems to make noises resembling a bit of struggle and the top moves quite a bit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good . Works best if you start with ice cold water . Able to get really strong dough . Small enough to store in a cupboard. One minor thing - if using the whisk and the splash guard it is hard to get the whisk nut on/off as they are a bit close
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best dough mixer, easy to assemble the hooks and adjusting the time and speed,,strongly recommended for home use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great machine, solid and well-made and works like a champ! It is somewhat heavy to move from counter to a storage cabinet which might be a challenge for some but otherwise it's easy to use, mixes bread dough extremely well and will be a machine we'll be using in our kitchen for many years to come.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dough mixer machine is easy to use and clean, but it's a bit noisy — is it normal for it to make "da da" sounds?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Ooni halo pro mixer, thank you so much for making this phenomenal dough mixer, it does a fabulous job making my dough recipes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For an avid bakers, upgrading from the old KA mixer to the new spiral dough mixer is a significant step up in capacity —but not without drawbacks.
The biggest improvement is the volume. While my old mixer can only handle 700 grams of flour, the new spiral mixer boasts a massive capacity, I can now make large batches.
The digital speed control and the built-in timer is a great addition, allowing for precise dough mixing without constant supervision. This feature ensures consistent results and saves time.
Unfortunately, one notable issue with the new mixer is the squeaking noise, especially when increasing speed to about 120 rpm. While this doesn’t impact functionality, it can be distracting and may indicate a durability concern over time.
While the increased capacity and built-in timer make the new spiral mixer a solid upgrade, the squeaky noise brings it down to 3 stars. If you need a high-volume mixer and can overlook the noise, it's still a good choice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as I was really struggling to do high hydration dough with my kenwood mixer with a dough hook and i wasn't disappointed last week a 75% hydration dough with 100%poolish the mixer worked well producing a good dough with the window pane test it had built a good gluten structure the build quality is great and I'm sure I'll have many happy years making pizza in the garden for family and friends so go on treat yourself your only round this way the once good luck.
