Perfect for Pizzas

Wonderful mixer. My wife and I are serious pizza hobbyists and we love this mixer. The detachable bowl and hook are well designed and seem like they will last a long time. The variable RPM is also great. We are happy with our purchase and would gladly buy again.

Fantastic Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market for a dough mixer for breads and mainly my pizza dough and did not want a huge commercial unit, just something that was better than my KitchenAid and would not get burnt up. This mixer was coming on the market and so I added my name to the waitlist and purchased one the minute they were available. It has met and exceeded my expectations for what a pizza mixer should be. I love it and although the price is higher than some others, I love that you can take the bowl and attachments off to clean them. This is what won me over but the look and construction have also exceeded my expectations. Can’t say enough about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned a pizza restaurant for 3 years and this is the same style unit we had. . . except this is made for home and WAY smaller. absolute 10 out of 10. I have a large custom made home brick oven, not an ooni. . . cant comment on their ovens, but this mixer is 10 out 10. LOVE it

Excellent Results, Easy to use and clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer does an outstanding job with bread doughs. It is well designed and can stand in for hand kneading, folds and slaps. Because it has a cover you can let the dough rest without having to move it. The bread rises higher and has a much better crumb. I think it is well worth the price. I hope it lasts for decade like my other brand mixer.

Sleek, high tech, versatile!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So innovative, high tech, sleek, and awesome at making dough but also great as a mixer for baking desserts! I will say, it's super heavy, and once we got it set up, we went to bed. We used it to make homemade pizza dough the next day. SO COOL! The kids were just as amazed as I was. This is the new, better KitchenAid mixer in my opinion!
