Nice product. Noisy at high speed.

Happy with the purchase. The only con is that at high speeds theirs is a “clonk,clonk” noise inside the gear case that I am not sure if it will be a factory failure just in my mixer.

I've had the mixer for about a month and thus far am very satisfied with performance. It seems to do do the job of more expensive mixers, is easy to clean and operate with good results.

I didn’t give it the fifth star only for one reason. Because it struggled to knead a small batch of dough. Maybe a second little bowl included for a smaller batch. Otherwise I’m very happy with the machine. Like all Ooni products they’re very smart.

I've used this a couple months now and at first I loved it because it looks so cool however my opinion has changed.
The max dough for this mixer is definitely 4-900g loaves of sourdough. It puts too much stress on the mixer and found that it doesnt mix as well when I pushed it to 5 loaves.
Also, the flexible beater isn't that great for cookies. I found that you have to do a considerably large batch of cookies to get the butter and sugars mixed correctly. However, make sure you don't put too much or too little or the dough will ride up to the attachment holder which I found really inconvenient.
The detachable breaker bar is definitely great. I would recommend this for anyone that bakes alot but not too much all at once.
