Game changing pizza dough

Absolute game changer in terms of making strong stretchy dough, after years of hand kneading my dough. I could tell the difference while taking my dough out of the bowl after the first use. I'm using it to make 68% hydration BIGA dough.
After researching spiral dough mixers, and deciding to purchase the Halo Pro Spiral mixer, what sets this apart from other spiral dough mixers currently available is the low price, ability to tilt the mixing head up out of the bowl and ability to remove the bowl. The design is modern and it runs surprisingly quiet compared to our kitchen stand mixer.
Well worth the investment in my opinion, really pleased with my purchase. Thanks Ooni, fantastic piece of kit!!

I love my Ooni Pro Spiral Mixer, definitely took my dough to the next level. By far the most appealing product on the market. Been making batches up to 10lbs and it’s up tot he task. Super happy!

Halo Pro = Mixing BEAST

I upgraded from a beloved Ank to the Halo Pro with some trepidation. But I am now blown away by the capabilities of the H-P! It is a superior dough mixing machine. More powerful, better and more efficient mixing action. The controls are simple, the timer useful. And the components are easy to clean! Ooni has hit a home run with this device. All of the advantages of a commercial dough machine, designed and priced for home use!

Home breadmakers dream!

Best mixer for breadmaking I have found. Results are much better with this mixer. Easy to use, useful options including a timer, Easy to disassemble and clean - which is minimal as with the lid, everything stays in the bowl, and as it is very efficient, the bowl is almost complete clean once the kneading is done. The blade and kneading attachment release with little effort as does the bowl. Solid, Sturdy. Only issue is with small batches (total volume <1. 5 cups), where the high capacity bowl makes it a little less efficient. Really love this mixer!

Only good for bread dough

The mixer is good for bread dough, nothing else. It would be helpful if the breaker bar fit with the paddle attachment. I also tried to whip merengue, but after a while, the mixer started making a very loud clicking sound. Disappointing given the price. Seems more like show pony as opposed to a legit workhorse.

Exquisite mixer for a specific need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t expecting this mixer to be as large as it is. Definitely substantial for breads and doughs however not necessarily an ‘everyday’ mixer for a variety of items. Great quality for the price.

I saw the adverts of this and thought, I need to up my game making great pizza dough. The kenwood was struggling, so that was it SOLD.

This is the mixer of my dreams! The ability to mix bread with the spiral hook while still being able to use a padel or whisk attachments makes this the perfect home mixer.
