I was very excited to order the mixer and I was not disappointed when I recieved it.
I started using it to make different breads, pizzas, bagels, donuts, etcetera. It is a big time saver as it mixes and kneads the dough efficiently with ease! It's a pleasure watching it do it's magic and does it with very little noise compared to my KA mixer! It's unbelievably easy to use and a delight seeing it knead the dough in a very small time!
Ooni has done it right with this mixer! My hat's off to Ooni!

I've already put my KA mixer away as it struggled with the dough. I would end up kneading it by hand on the counter.

I love how easy this is to use and how well it mixes my doughs, I can walk away knowing the timer will stop mixing when it goes off I don’t have to stand over it. Mixing 2+ batches at a time this mixer has the power to do it well

Great unit, but need some options for smaller batches of dough

This machine works fantastic, but really needs an option for making smaller amounts of dough (different bowl and other components). It would be perfect then!

I love it. Have been debating getting for a while due to cost and whether I need it or not (since I already have a kitchen aid dough machine). Finally pulled the trigger and could not be happier! I like the way the dough comes out, timer and speed changes and overall look/feel of the product. If you have been debating because you think you have a dough mixer and not sure why you need it, stop and buy this.
