Beautiful. Efficient. 10/10!

Writing this as someone who finally bought a new mixer after my 8 year old KitchenAid died on me when I started baking with fresh milled flour. I am almost beyond words with how much I love this new mixer. I feel so bougie using it. The design is so sleek. I’ve never felt the motor overheating or even getting too warm on my double/triple batches. The fact that it comes standard with several attachments is just incredible. You mean I don’t have to purchase each individual attachment? It comes ready to go for all purposes?? 10/10 for a company thinking about the customer. This has become an essential tool in my baking and has made everything so much easier. Myself, my family, and my husband’s coworkers are very thankful to Ooni!

Bought the Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Dough Mixer for my wife, and let’s just say… I may have accidentally upgraded my own life in the process.
She’s big into bread making, and this thing handles dough like a champ. The spiral mixing action is no joke - it develops the dough beautifully without all the struggling and overheating I've heard about with other mixers. It’s built like a tank too, so no hesitation throwing tougher doughs at it.

Best part?
The results. We now have fresh bread on a regular basis, especially her jalapeño cheddar sourdough, which has basically become a weekly event in this house. I’m not complaining.

It’s easy to use, solidly built, and clearly designed for people who are serious about dough … or serious about eating what comes out of it.
Highly recommend. Just be prepared to start eating a lot more homemade bread.

Not as good as a Kitchenaid

I bought this because it looked like an upgrade from my basic stand mixer. It isn’t. I gave it 15 minutes to mix and knead my standard batch of pizza dough, and it did a far worse job than the old Kitchenaid does with the dough hook. Unless you’re mixing batches with 2kg of more of flour, this thing is a total waste of time and money.

Very happy with my Ooni spirit mixer, saves me a lot of time with making sourdough breads. I don’t have to take two hours afterwards doing stretch and folds. Bread comes out perfect every time.

I have been using a Kitchen Aid for 2 decades. It has always struggled and I realized I needed something that could handle heavier doughs. After some research I found Ooni. The Ooni Halo Pro is incredible with large batches of sourdough bagels, pizza dough, sourdough bread, and even whipping cream to absolute perfection. Very sturdy and extremely easy to clean. I love the dial that controls the speed plus the timer. Genius!
