[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s pretty, does a good job of kneading dough. I make bagels — very stiff dough. And I use 900 g of high gluten flour per batch. My kitchenaid can’t do it. This can.

To big for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This high quality mixer only works with 1000g of flour or more. Anything less will not mix but will ride up the dough hock where it will spin without kneading. Unless you are making 6 250 g pizza dough balls or more the mixer is useless. The machine is useless for anyone who wants to make 1 or 2 pizza at a time. So its back to the kitchen aid for me.

This is a serious tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is more than just a dough mixer. I’ve used it already for my pizza dough, sourdough bread dough, cookie dough and making frosting. It has replaced my KA pro. Yes there is a learning curve but so many resources out there to help you learn how to use a spiral mixer. It is heavy, solid, and well built
