What a difference

Received my new spiral mixer about a week ago and what a difference compared to my kitchen aid. Not only only the time to mix both pizza and bread dough but the ability to mix higher hydration doughs is so easy. I am so glad that I made the investment in this great little machine.

My findings of Halo Spiral mixer

1. Too noisy
2. Should have more info on the mixer via included documentation,
3. Trouble shooting solutions is limited
4. Dough amounts vauge
5. Beater bar and hook sets to be of good quality, but connection for bar is aluminum which when connected to the stainless steel will eventually fail.
I have only used this mixer twice using provided recipe from website. Bread was too dense and gummy at bottom. Had an alarm problem and power shutoff. Haven't used since.

Intuitive and easy to use and clean . It handles large amount so stiff bread dough easily. Finally a mixer for home bakers that brings a scaled down version of commercial mixers.
