I love this mixer makes bread making a game changer .
Saves a person a lot of time…
I have had my mixer for a month .
One thing that has happened and can you help Me with this… is when I push the 2 side buttons to lower the mixing head there’s a grinding nose. Is there anyway I can oil the parts that I hear making a grinding noise?

I like it good enough, but it’s not GREAT

I feel like the concept is good, but the implementation isn’t quite there yet. I’ve had mine for a month and the paint is already chipping, the dough doesn’t fully mix without a little extra support from me- but it does mix a good loaf of bread without a ton of mess. I don’t love that it doesn’t handle smaller batches well.

Amazing mixer

The dough I can quickly achieve rivals the seventeenth century technique of hand mixing, folding, stretching, and manipulating the dough into a beautiful finish. Amazing machine. Had I not given the mixer a good workout I am not sure I would have believed what it is capable of.

Purchased this for my wife for her sourdough business. It has helped tremendously in increasing her output of sourdough. It doesn't wonderful job and far exceeds her previous stand mixer

I bought the Ooni Halo to use for making bread. My Kitchen-aid is 25 years old and is no longer up to the task. I have only used my new mixer a few times but it handled a double batch of biscotti dough without breaking a sweat!
