Best mixer period. I have had several other brand mixers and this is by far the best. I have mixed 2 kilos of dough, no problem.

I do love this mixer. Although expensive I splurged and I’m glad I did. I heard Rebekah The Sourdough Gal rave about this mixer so much I had to give it a try. You guys should give her a discount for her followers. She’s amazing!!

Have only used for dough so far, but has done a terrific job with pizza dough, bagels, baguettes and my wife used for her homemade bread with fresh ground wheat. Love the simplicity and easy clean up. Have a karu 16 and Ooni has always been a great , responsive company.

I didn’t realize how amazing a stand mixer could be!! I have had a kitchen aide for years and it was ok. But I could never go back after having the OONI!! I absolutely LOVE it!! Especially for making bread!

I really like this for mixing bread and pizza dough. Works great! Like many, I suppose I would like it if it could mix smaller quantities but don't believe that is physically feasible.
The only real problem I've had is that I have cut myself twice on the bottom the bowl while washing or emptying. One cut was particularly nasty. You might modify those sharp edges.

Before purchase this machine ai tried Arkansun, it’s not comparable the quality and the way that machine work with the dough. Mix equal a professional dough machine. I recommend this product.
