It works very well for bread, the paddle I would give a 4 star rating and the whip needs work.
I would buy this just to make bread. It is very easy to clean, I just wish they would make a cover for it.

I am obsessed with my Ooni Halo Pro. My hands have been killing me with all of the sourdough baking I do and this spiral mixer has really changed the game for me. Would love to see more attachments available in the future!

As a retiree and hobby sourdough baker, I wanted to have a simpler method to take the stress off my wrists and hands. This was a researched and weighed purchase that I am completely enjoying! I have experienced nothing short of great improvement to my bakes and delight in the new heights my breads are achieving! I'm experimenting with speeds and timing and quantity to develop my mixing routine. I'm also thankful for online groups sharing much information!

My Ooni really has as halo!! She’s an Angel!

I am obsessed with my Ooni! I was making bread by hand only because my KitchenAid just wasn’t doing the job. My Ooni Halo mixer makes the task of making bread so much easier. It has so much power and efficiency even my low hydration dose such as bagel dough come out beautiful and full of gluten I don’t know what I would do without my mixer!
