Best Bread Mixer

I have had my Ooni Halo Pro for about 3 weeks and I absolutely love it! I make bread twice a week and cinnamon rolls once a week and this machine is a workhorse. I love the way my dough comes together. Best investment I have ever made for my baking. I highly recommend this machine to anyone.

Is it better?

I was really hoping that I found the Ooni Mixer significantly better than my Kitchenaid Pro but I really haven’t . I bake sourdough bread several times a week and wanted to see a difference in the quality of bread using the Ooni unfortunately no difference!

We are long time kitchenaid users and started to look for a new mixer since our kitchenaid started to really struggle making bread. Debating on the OONI and the Ankersum, we chose the OONI and it doesnt dissapoint! The OONI powers through a double batch seamlessly.

Great Mixer

I have a small sourdough business. I can mix 5 loaves at a time. My only issue is I want a second bowl to make my baking go faster. This is not available, which makes me unhappy. But I love the mixer itself.

After burning up a kitchen aid professional and a cuisanart I purchased the ooni to make pizza dough and donuts. This blows them out of the water. Powerful and never gets hot. Best mixer I have used for making pizza.

Amazing! Game changer!

Completely different experience from using my KitchenAid mixer. Beyond the superior aesthetics, the dough is appreciably better. And both the sourdough and authentic German vollkornbrot , which are the two things I have picked so far, I’ve been nothing short of amazing! I would recommend this mixture to any level of baker.
