Great addition

This has been a great addition to my Ankarsrum for bread making. I think it does a better job developing strong gluten in my whole grain loaves. I’m still experimenting though and I have had the Ankarsrum for over 10 years so I have a ways to go before I know how to use it optimally.

Amazing mixer, fast delivery, incredible support

I got hyperfixated on sourdough. I loved every bit of the process but eventually it became a chore. It was just so much work mixing the dough by hand and doing slap and folds for 10-20 min to achieve a windowpane and don’t get me started on my experience using my unnamed 400ish dollar mixer. NIGHTMARE. Anyway. I had my eye on this for awhile and finally took the plunge and I am grateful to say I am not giving up my favorite hobby anymore - my family both immediate and extended are very happy as well. So worth the investment!

What a machine! No need to stretch and fold, double and triple batches are a breeze. I'm glad I kept my other mixer for creaming and whipping, but for breads this was a great investment.

Love this mixer! It’s so easy to use and the timer is awesome. Only comments: wish the dough hook was easier to get dough fragments off, and wish I could get an extra bowl to work with. Thank you!

Perfect!! Great Dough Mixer. . my only criticism is the breaker bar screw is aluminum and feels like it will wear down . . that’s the only part I have to handle with caution when connecting and disconnecting the breaker bar… other thank that, fantastic mixer!

Handles Everything I throw at it

The Ooni mixer has been the best kitchen appliance I have purchased in a long time. I have made sour dough bread, rye bread, english muffins, pizza dough and croissants. The motor was able to handle every job with ease. My croissant dough is extremely tough and was difficult for my Kitchen Aid but the Ooni breezed through it. Yesterday I mixed 5 lbs. of meatballs with ease. I Love Love Love this mixer. I hope to get the Ooni Volt 2 soon so I can up my pizza game
