Amazing Mixer

Love this mixer! I’ve never baked better products as a result of it. It was a hefty investment up front, but so far, it’s proven its worth in spades and appears to be built to last a lifetime. Definitely glad that I chose to replace my 17-year old KitchenAid for the Ooni Spiral when it died.

Love it so much

This is a game changer for my sourdough! The only little thing is it needs enough volume so it would not be correct choice if you want to make only one loaf. The motor is so strong and it has a timer so you can walk away once you know how long your recipe needs. The spiral type of mix mimics kneading. A few little points- read the directions as you need both the straight attachment to hold the dough and the spiral attachment in at the same time. Also, the dough heats a bit so use cool water so it doesn’t get too hot. I love it-it’s a big upgrade from my kitchen aid which overheated on a regular basis.

Spiral mixer

Love the mixer EXCEPT the stainless steel mixing bowl had numerous sharp metal burrrs around the rim and base of the bowl, one of which sliced my finger the 1st day I used it. My husband took a metal file to get rid of the rest. Personal injury caused by product defects is inexcusable!

Good value for money

I've had the Ooni Halo Spiral Dough Mixer for 3 months now. I'm just a home cook, but I make bread at least once a week and frequently more often. I also bake a range of other products. Unfortunately the mixers I've been using for many years haven't coped with the stiffer doughs which I make with some regularity. I couldn't justify the space in my kitchen for two mixers, so a proper bread mixer with the ability to perform the same functions as my previous mixers was an attractive proposition. So I took the plunge and bought the Ooni. I have not been disappointed. It does everything I want; moreover it does it well. At the price point it's not going to suit everyone, but for a regular baker and someone who does a lot of cooking it's definitely worth the money.

This machine is the Cadillac of all mixers ! I am very impressed with its design , operation and results . I was skeptical on spending so much money on it but so happy that I gave it a try. I have no trouble mixing my dough in it. I have not yet tried the whisk or beater attachments but I'm sure I won't be disapointed.

I love this thing so much

I have a big family and I homeschool. I make bread for everyone, bagels, pizza multiple times a week and to keep things cheap I make their snacks. This spiralizer mixer is so perfect for us. We are planning bigger batches of things to sell. I love this thing. It is not a KitchenAid. That is good for creaming together other baked goods. And I still use it for small amounts of things. But I am a Sourdough fanatic and I make a lot of bread things. This is a game changer and I couldn't live without this mixer. I love LOVE LOVE IT!!
