Easy to use . . develops my dough for my micro bakery so much better for the final cooked product . . mixes cookies very well
Just have to start with paddle then change to dough hook before flour added . Very impressed. Would be great if you had another machine that would do 8 loaves pr 10 -15 loaves

Good but lacking recipe instructions

It is a powerful machine and great for sourdough but would love it if OONI would send out a mini cookbook with recipes to make pizza dough, brioche and other doughs for breads.
I tried to make pizza dough and it was a complete failure because I wasn’t sure what rpm to use or % to use and how long.
Please send instructions with RECIPES to existing customers and include in new OONI boxes for new buyers. Please, please, please.

Game changer for my sourdough routines!

This has changed my sourdough game. . . literally! no more stretch & folds, just keep it going in the ooni until you have a windowpane (less than 30 minutes generally!)!! I go from the Ooni to a BF in under an hour! Soooo glad I upgraded to this! <3

A bread makers dream

I love my new mixer. I’ve been using it for about two months now. I start my sourdough mix on 15% for two minutes. Then I change it to 45% for seven minutes. My dough has a window pain and is ready to go. If I’m doing inclusions, I mixed them in with my Ooni with no struggles at all. It is an expensive mixer, but I consider it unnecessary tool and worth the investment.
