ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la prima azienda che ha davvero in considerazione le esigenze di un cliente. Ho avuto un problema con la spirale, contattato l'assistenza hanno preso in carico la segnalazione in meno di 1h e risolto il problema. Hanno prima risolto il problema del cliente e poi provato a capire chi aveva creato il problema. ho avuto sempre quella piacevole sensazione di aver fatto la scelta giusta con Ooni. Complimenti!

I am thrilled with my new mixer. It’s so easy to use. It’s quiet, and feels so sturdy. And I also like the built in light. It’s just amazing. I would highly recommend this ooni halo mixer.

So far the mixer is ok. It’s fun and pretty but has its limitations. It’s still new to me, so hopefully results will improve after I’ve used it a while and gotten used to it.
I do not recommend the scale. It is not always accurate.

Sounds like it’s dying

It has been less than a year since I purchased this, and although it was loud, it worked great in the beginning. The more I use it in the more time goes by the more it struggles to mix even the smallest of batches. As well, it’s starting to bump around the counter which it never did initially. Is there anything you guys can do?

Mixed my first sourdough in my new Ooni mixer. Even with a high hydration dough, I easily got near full gluten development in 3-5’ with no heating issues. Pretty amazing piece of kit

Amazing appliance!

I absolutely love this spiral mixer! It really does a fantastic job and saves time and my arthritic shoulders. The only downside side to it is there are no Ooni bread making companion cookbooks to assist those of us new to using this type of mixer. It sure would be nice to have some direction for those of us switching from a planetary mixer when making sour dough and yeast breads.

Absolutely LOVE this mixer! It certainly delivers! This has saved me hours for every batch of sourdough I make! From start to finish (minus any rest time)I can mix a batch of sourdough to windowpane in about 15 min!!!!!!!!!!! Crazy amazing! Only negative is the water pour cover broke in half after only a few uses!
