Amazing mixer with modern easy-to-use design

So glad I chose this mixer to make sourdough bread. Don't get caught in the influencer hype—this mixer is legit. It is so simple to use and is a real workhorse. My micro bakery is in its starting stages so being able to mix 5-6 loaves at a time is a game changer. Love the sleek modern design and the vertical bar that runs down the center completely keeps the dough hook "clean" and lets it do its job. I don't plan to use the other attachments so can't speak to that. M intention was to use it for dough mixing from the start. Great product!

I just started a micro bakery, and as soon as I had enough profit to cover the cost of this mixer, I bought it. It has made my life so much easier! I can batch bake bagels, sourdough, quick breads with ease - it’s literally a magician.

I bought the Ooni Halo to use for making bread. My Kitchen-aid is 25 years old and is no longer up to the task. I have only used my new mixer a few times but it handled a double batch of biscotti dough without breaking a sweat!
