Everything I hoped it would be!

Build quality is the first thing that strikes you. The machine is beautiful to look at AND listen to.
The attachments are of equal quality.
I can honestly say it has elevated my bread and pizza dough so much further than I had anticipated.
It is expensive for sure, but for the quality, capacity and cool of this machine, do it!

It’s amazing I see this on YouTube saying how good it was then I see on YouTube some one had problems but mine does not have them problems my bread fought comes out amazing does a great

Purchased mainly for bread/bagel dough. I am able to mix double batches with no problem and I am confident that the mixer could handle 3-4 batches at a time with the large bowl. The kneading/dough hook is great. My breads and bagels have been better than ever before (even though I was using a professional quality mixer). It takes a little bit of adjustment to using the controls but easy enough to adapt to. I am very pleased with my purchase!

The Ooni Spiral mixer is awesome! I am a bread baker and couldn't be happier! By far the BEST mixer on the market! Other mixers fail by comparison. It's a little pricey, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for!

Awesome mixer love it. I looked at Kitchen aid mixers, Bousch etc and decided on the Ooni. I also have a Ooni wood pizza oven and love that as well. It is very versatile One suggestion is for the manufacture to create a smaller mixing bowl for the smaller batches that I can purchase.
