Beat new high-quality mixer, look out Kitchenaid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Move over, Kitchenaid! Hands down, this is the best mixer I have ever used. It's easy to assemble and use. All you have tondo is to lift the top of the base unit, place the mixing bowl on top of the bottom part of the stand, and lock it in. Then, you add your attachment of choice and lower the top part. There is a splash shield you can attach to keep from making a mess, too! Once you are ready to mix, on the top there is a round nob, press it once to turn the light on, turn the nob one way to pick the speed level, press again and turn nob to set a timer for how long to mix it for and then press the nob one more time to start. Also, it is so quiet when using. Bonus - the product comes with extra attachments to make bread and pasta, as well as a wisp, so you don't have to go out and buy additional tools. The attachments are top of the line products. They come in a duster bag, so when you are done cleaning, you can easily store them.back in their bags for safe keeping. Just think, if you couldn't make it before, you can now with this product.

Great mixer for home / cottage bakers. Aesthetics are pleasing and it’s simple to use. The unit feels well made and of quality parts. Although, it is a bit loud compared to other traditional mixers, it’s ability to develop gluten quickly is a game changer.

Great with a few caveats

I have used the mixer for it's primary purpose which is making bread, and found it admirable for a home unit. It's a bit louder than my FAMAG professional one, but for someone looking to replace their KA stand mixer with a better all in one solution for dough, this is easily the best solution.
Where it could be better is for the functions where the KA excels. Specifically, whisking eggs to create more air in a cake batter just isn't quite the same quality, at least in my first couple of attempts. I thik it partially has to do with the bowl shape and the fact that the whisk is not able to pull all of the liquids around it. The oval shape of the KA bowl made this a lot easier.
Overall, though, great effort.
