Absolutely incredible machine that will revolution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer has it all! I am a frequent home baker, and this is by far the best mixer I have ever used. This is a VERY high quality piece of machinery that is very thoughtfully engineered and aesthetically pleasing. It looks gorgeous on the counter or anywhere in the kitchen, and it truly has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. It comes with a spiral dough hook and breaker bar, a geared whisk, and a silicone beater attachment. It also comes with a dishwasher safe 7-liter stainless steel bowl. Everything is heavy and clearly high quality. I love that the head tilts back smoothly with a left and right sided release button, but what I love even more is that there are LED lights that illuminate inside the mixer while it’s on! This machine is extremely easy to set up, use, and enjoy for amateur and well-seasoned bakers alike. The design is sleek and stylish but extremely functional. The digital interface allows for a great variety of speeds along with a timer, which is a HUGE help, especially for multi-tasking. The clear splash guard attaches easily and allows you to either lift up to add ingredients or pour into the included spout. I have made several batches of bread and pizza dough, and I have to say, the breaker bar is GAME CHANGING. Not only does the dough hook rotate, but so does the bowl!! Additionally, the noise level is much lower and the overall capacity is much higher than my other kitchen mixer. Never have I used a mixer that so evenly and consistently kneaded my dough. Every batch I have made using this mixer has been phenomenal. I would highly recommend this machine to all levels of bakers!

What really blew me away was how effortlessly it handled doughs that are notoriously tricky — like Vietnamese bánh mì. Anyone who’s tried making authentic bánh mì knows it’s not your average bread: it needs to be light, airy, but with a crackly crust that doesn’t just happen by accident. The Halo Pro’s spiral motion develops gluten beautifully while keeping the dough temperature in check, resulting in that perfect structure and crumb. I’ve never gotten this close to bakery-quality bánh mì at home until now. Also, it provides flexibility in setting the speed and time.
For high-hydration doughs, sourdoughs, pizza, even stiff doughs like bagels — the motor doesn’t strain or overheat. The build is solid, yet sleek enough to sit proudly on a counter. Plus, the quiet operation is a bonus.

The best mixer I’ve ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always dreamed of having a mixer like this in my kitchen, because my husband and I often bake at home—everything from bread to pizza and pastries. Sometimes kneading stiff dough by hand can take up to ten minutes and the results aren’t always what I expect.
I recently tried the Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Mixer for the first time, and I’m honestly amazed at how it works. Unlike standard mixers that use only a dough hook, this one also has a metal rod on one side that holds the dough in place while the spiral hook kneads from the other side. The result? Perfectly smooth dough in just a few minutes. You can actually see it in action in my video—it’s such a clever and innovative design! I’ve never seen anything like it before.
It also comes with two additional attachments: a whisk for whipping and a beater for mixing creams. Both are incredibly efficient and reach all the way to the bottom of the bowl, which makes it easy to work with even small amounts of ingredients. The build quality of the attachments is impressive too—they’re heavy, solid metal, much sturdier than what I’ve seen from other brands.
The design of the mixer itself is super sleek and modern, and there’s even a light that shines over the bowl while it’s working, which I absolutely love. The first dessert I made with it was cinnamon rolls, and it took me no more than 15 minutes (not including proofing and baking time).
I’m honestly in love with this kitchen helper!

Style, Quality, Versatility; Worth the investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Mixer is absolutely incredible! It put my old KitchenAid to shame. I broke it in by making a big batch of pizza dough and was highly impressed. Just because it’s from Ooni doesn’t mean it’s just for pizza! I also made a cake and was delighted with the results! It runs quietly considering the power it carries. Speaking of power, it had no problem handling with the pizza dough and the dough released nicely from the hook. This mixer has unique dual kneading spiral technology, not usually found in household kitchens. It has a large 7.3 quart capacity stainless bowl which nicely holds the included flexible beater, whisk, spiral dough hook and removable breaker bar, when not in use. Even though this is a spiral mixer, the bowl is detachable and dishwasher safe, highly convenient. The head tilts and also has two lights that shine brightly into the bowl. The digital control panel includes a timer and 58 levels of RPM. All this and it looks very stylish on my countertop! I highly recommend this machine.

Amazing product

I've been waiting for this product since 2021. I had a feeling it would happen, but I bought a spiral mixer anyway, unwilling to wait. And now I have two, and I can honestly say, I think this is the perfect tool for serious home pizza makers. I used a buddy's kitchen aid jand found it comical. I love the fact that it machine is strong enough for pizza dough, high hydration doughs (345 RPM is dope) and with a 1kg mix minimum bowl size, I can do test batches very easily.

Game changer in the kitchen

This is an incentivized review but my review is 100% honest and based on my own experience this mixer is a game changer. Not only for Pizza but for anything. So far I have elevated my pizza game and have baked bread and cookies using this mixer. Since 2018 I have been using the popular mixer with dough hook, my dough would be good with multiple steps and how its a 1 step mix with the proper spiral mixer ooni has to offer you can mix and no need for stretch and folds and excess steps.
