WOW, what a game changer!

I absolutely took my sourdough baking to a higher level with my new Ooni Spiral Pro Mixer. Much better texture to my bread and higher loft. If there was a way to install a digital scale in the bottom it would most definitely surpass everything else out there. Seriously, this is wonderful for the home baker who loves making breads.

I love this mixer for making bread a couple times each week. I do have to scrape the bowl sides and bottom once during mixing but the dough turns out so nice. It was a fantastic upgrade from the KA that just can’t handle firm or large batch bread or cookie dough as well.

Love my Ooni!

First day I got it, I made my honey oatmeal bread (with poolish) and it was so easy compared to my other mixer. The bread loaf rose higher and it came out softer. I’ve made so many things since it got this and it’s only been a few weeks! It’s easy to change out the tools and to clean them. The speed and timer were a tiny learning curve but I figured it out by watching videos.
Please come out with a custom cover for it though. Right now I cover it with a towel. I want to keep it always beautiful!

I’ve only had this mixer for about a week and I’m so impressed. My old Kitchenaid mixer couldn’t handle even one batch of dough. This mixer takes care of a double batch like a breeze!

I have been using a Kitchen Aid for 2 decades. It has always struggled and I realized I needed something that could handle heavier doughs. After some research I found Ooni. The Ooni Halo Pro is incredible with large batches of sourdough bagels, pizza dough, sourdough bread, and even whipping cream to absolute perfection. Very sturdy and extremely easy to clean. I love the dial that controls the speed plus the timer. Genius!

Very happy with my Ooni spirit mixer, saves me a lot of time with making sourdough breads. I don’t have to take two hours afterwards doing stretch and folds. Bread comes out perfect every time.
