This is a great mixer. It makes a beautiful dough. It is so easy and I love that there is no rocking of the machine while making a large batch of dough. We love it so much we are using it for my granddaugthers birthday party. I never thought I would have the courage to make pizza for a large party.

Best mixer ever!

I was very hesitant to spend so much money on a mixer. I am someone who makes a fair amount of sourdough breads. My friend got an Ooni and couldn’t say enough good about it. I did so much research and decided to go for it. The process of dump the ingredients in, set and turn on, come back to perfect dough is unbelievable. I don’t have all that sticky clean up and wow does it save time. I can literally do one stretch and fold after it’s been mixed and it makes the most wonderful loaf. Perfect gluten development. I haven’t used the other attachments yet, but for dough…it’s amazing.

It’s really loud. It’s made of 99% plastic. The bowl locking plate is plastic that’s supposed to lock a metal bowl, the knobs to secure the hook and bar are plastic, etc - metal and plastic don’t play well together. The hook and bar are cheap and thin.

Easy to use and appropriate that I can set the timer and walk away and accomplish other tasks and the mixer does move even with dough hook in use.

I gifted this mixer to my husband for our 9th anniversary and his birthday, and we couldn't be happier! He also has an Ooni pizza oven, and the difference this mixer made to his dough is outstanding.
I'm writing this review because we're about to boil and bake our first batch of bagels, and I'm so excited! Fresh pizza AND bread at home? Yes please!!
10/10 would recommend if you’re serious about dough.

So far I’m only using it for sourdough and it performs beautifully. I also love that it looks sleek and elegant so it compliments my kitchen.

I love it. Have been debating getting for a while due to cost and whether I need it or not (since I already have a kitchen aid dough machine). Finally pulled the trigger and could not be happier! I like the way the dough comes out, timer and speed changes and overall look/feel of the product. If you have been debating because you think you have a dough mixer and not sure why you need it, stop and buy this.

Great unit, but need some options for smaller batches of dough

This machine works fantastic, but really needs an option for making smaller amounts of dough (different bowl and other components). It would be perfect then!
