It so far has been great. My first spiral mixer. It makes some weird clicking noises but it has a 5year warranty so not too worried. 5 stars if not for the weird sounds.

I can't believe how mu h this mixer takes your Pizza, Pasta, Bread to the next level. Mixing to full gluten development is a breeze with this spiral mixer. Cookies and Pasta have come out great as well.

My New Best Mixer

Even though I've owned a collection of high end mixers for a long time, I'd taken to hand kneading because nothing else reliably got the dough extensible enough. A recent bout of tendonitis ended my hand kneading, and the consolation prize was my Halo Pro. It does such a great job, than even though my wrist has recovered, I've been using the Halo Pro for all of my bread and pizza doughs. I also love the design and the quality build of the machine. And the controls are so easy to master.

I like this mixer, but the bar does not keep the dough from climbing the dough hook, at least with low hydration doughs.

The Ooni Halo Pro has changed my baking life.

As an artisan bread baking enthusiast, I have been disappointed with my baking results after coming home from the classes I take at the San Francisco Baking Institute. In my home baking environment, my baguettes in particular have never matched the quality we achieve at SFBI. Until now. The Ooni Halo Pro has changed everything! I had two different stand mixers before I got the Halo Pro, and neither could produce the kind of strong gluten development the SFBI commercial spiral mixers gave me. With the Halo Pro, I can observe the exact moment when my doughs reach that perfect mix, the perfect nexus of elasticity and extensibility. The Halo Pro has truly made my baking life a joy!

Great mixer and Easy to clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the prettiest mixer ever! It was super easy assembly, the settings are incredibly easy to use, the bowl is huge. And this is the easiest mixer to clean. Way easier than the kitchen aid. The noise is little to none. This thing is awesome. 10/10.
