Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Dough Mixer

I love this mixer! I’ve used 1,000 grams of flour in one recipe and the another recipe that calls for 3,000 grams of flour. The Ooni handled it like it was nothing! The motor doesn’t bog down with nearly 7 pounds of flour being mixed up. Buying this mixer was a great decision! Thanks for putting out a wonderful product that allows a home baker an appliance that is a true workhorse.

I wish Halo would provide recipes more specific to various hydration corresponding rpm, for instance, if I'm using 75 % hydration, what would be Halo speed, etc. Thanks

This is the appliance I have been waiting for! This has greatly improved my ability to make all kinds of baked goods. It easily handles all kinds of jobs. The efficiency of the machine compared to the other common house name brands is unbelievable!

Love this workhorse. Great with bread but the cookie dough tends to climb the cookie beater. Also double check the beater bar or it can fall out and mess up the mixer!

Brioche and Sourdough Lifesaver

Wow. What a great little guy. Couldn't love the removable bowl any more. It mixes my brioche dough like a dream!!! I'm able to do 4 batches of cinnamon roll brioche dough, and 6 (950g) sourdough loaves. So happy with this purchase.
