As a bread maker, this Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Mixer is the best I've ever used to get a fantastic loaf. Compared to 2 other brands my dough rises better and I get the best texture after baking. The difference is really measurable, at least 1 1/2" taller in my bread pan. I will recommend this Mixer to all my bread baking friends.

Absolutely love it. Extremely well made. Motor has torque for days and never bogs down. Yes I regularly mix 5kg of 70% hydration dough all the time and it never complains. This mixer is also really beautiful. Idk why some people are saying the mixing plate drive thingy is plastic. I'm 99% sure it's aluminum. Such a solid machine, an absolute tank. Did I mention it's also very beautiful? This is one of the most thoughtfully designed machines of any kind I've ever owned. The removable bowl and attachments are not a gimmicky, they are perfectly executed and work like a dream.
