It’s fantastic! I can make large batches of dough at once. There are other options in this category, but the Ooni form factor and size work best for me. The price is a bit steep, though.

Need Part Sold Separately!

I need at least 2 more mixing bowls and would love an extra paddle. I bake in batches (5 loaves) but while one is doing its autolyse I would love to be able to move on to the next round. I would give a 5 star review if it wasn't for this, I love everything else, but I hate the constrainment.

Bought this for my wife. She makes bread a few times a week. She loves it. This machine is heavy duty, mixes dough great. No need to babysit it as it mixes.
Easily mixes 4 loaves at a time. Very happy with this mixer.

Doesn’t work for all mixing

This mixer has a ton of power but most dough will try and walk up the mixing tool. My wife has tried several different doughs now and the bread dough is the only one that mixes consistently. All cookie dough walks up the mixing tool and begins to spill out of the mixing bowl. I would not recommend this product if you’re looking to make large batches of dough.
