Best mixer ever!

absolutely love my Ooni Halo mixer and scale!! I owned a commercial bakery for 35 yrs and know my mixers 😃The Halo is the best home mixer I have ever experienced. It’s a joy to work with and I find myself baking more everyday because of it. Amazing for making bread and stiffer doughs. Its large capacity is perfect when I need to scale up a recipe.
I’m really looking forward to the new smaller unit coming out soon. It will make great gifts for my grandkids this holiday season.

Solid Upgrade!

This machine is a great upgrade from my Kitchen Aid pro 600, it’s smaller on the counter, quieter, has more fine control, has a timer, and most importantly mixes far better. The only downside is you need to make a LOT of dough each time for the spiral hook and breaker bar to work. I wish the smaller Core model was available when I bought the pro!

Beautiful mixer

This mixer does dough like nothing else! This is my second one due to a hook getting stuck in the machine but I was lost without this thing. I haven’t found it to be good with creaming butters at all, anything that needs creaming I have another mixer for, it tends to climb up and gets extremely frustrating. But it can handle large batches and bread dough extremely well; larger than I’ve seen in any other mixer. The dough is soo smooth and lovely, and I love the light feature & the timer. Super grateful for this Ooni and I hope I never have to go without it again!!

What I Had Hoped

I have only made 2 loaves of sourdough bread with my new Ooni Spiral Mixer. So far, not one regret for my purchase. I’m very pleased with how it works and mixes. My dough has been beautiful!

Game Changer

I have had my Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Mixer for several weeks. I bought it to replace an 11 year old KitchenAid Artisan mixer. So far I have made pizza dough, large batch breads, and cookies and it has not disappointed me at all! I love that I can put in a batch of dough, set a timer, and walk away! As far as cleaning, the bowl comes clean very easily and so does the dough hook and the breaker bar. I used the paddle attachment once (for cookies) and tossed it in the washer and it also cleaned easily. I am looking forward to many years of bread making and other baking! Game. . . Changer!!
