The Ooni spiral mixer is an incredible machine that has exceeded my expectations. It is extremely well built and has the capability to make any dough I desire. It mixes small or larger amounts of dough. It has helped me to take my baking ability to the next level. Highly recommend this mixer to any serious baker.

In 10 min I made 5 dough balls (less than half capacity), which quite honestly were the best dough balls I had ever made.

For small batch bread/pizza dough there is not a better mixer out there. I have used Ankarsrum, Hobart 20qt, Kitchenaid, and my own two hands😂 The doughs made with the Ooni Halo are far superior. Many small spiral mixers don’t have removal bowls, so that is another big plus for the Halo. You guys hit a home run!

You won't regret this one bit

I don't normally write reviews but I'm so grateful for this mixer I had to share my thoughts. I make pizza for the family at least once a week using my kitchenaid mixer. It worked and I had nothing to compare it to. Pizza tasted good and the crust was good. I decided to splurge on this mixer and I'm blown away at the difference in dough quality and gluten development. If you're on the fence about this go for it you'll be as impressed as I am. I would never make pizza any other way. The size is also perfect for the home baker/pizzaiolo.

Fantastic Spiral Mixer

This mixer is fantastic. Very impressed with the thought gone into the design. The looks, quality, build and performance are outstanding. For the home pizza and bread maker this is a great value. Nice size and weight to be moved around in the kitchen, unlike its Italian counterparts. The LED lights allow you to see in the bowl with ease. The RPM/% counter and timer are great. The fact that the head tilts and bowl is removable is a great feature. You will be blown away when you get this and start using it. I've only made three 1000g batches of 75% hydration pizza dough so far, so 18 dough balls in total, and the results have been great! Love it!!

I love this mixer, I make sourdough everyday because its so easy, mixing is done in less than 15 minutes even with high hydration doughs and autolyse.
I am just a home baker, new one at that, but this is 100% worth the money and better than Kitchenaid for dough making thats for sure.

Perfect for my needs

Obviously this thing gets great reviews for bread, and I have loved it for that. It’s a dream. I searched everywhere for info on how well the attachments work, and I’ve tried the beater and whisk attachments for cake batter, cookie dough, American butter cream, and royal icing. I love this mixer. It handles everything well and it’s so beautiful in my kitchen. It can handle enriched doughs or artisan sourdough or pizza dough, plus all the above mentioned, and it mixes everything better than my kitchen aid ever did.
