One minor annoyance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used for a month. The only negative thing I can say is that it does not have a removable tray in the water/ice dispenser. Water spills onto the front of the unit regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago and I’m happy with the fridge except for the fact that the door on the left side, the one with the ice maker, opens all the way then closes by itself; it doesn’t stay open. I had a technician come out and he said that because of the wiring, this is normal. I am not at all happy with this as it’s very inconvenient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We made the right choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge replaced our 20 year old side by side 26 cu ft Kitchenaid fridge.
WOW!!! What a massive difference, so much more room and so much “useable” shelf space.
I was skeptical about the freezer drawer hold as much as the freezer side of out Kitchenaid but it holds more and is more accessible. It is nice to have filtered water and ice once again, the kitchen water/ice stopped working about 10 years ago.
We made the right choice.
On a side note there was a slight blemish/defect on one of the handles and that was quickly replaced by whirlpool with no hassle
