Good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet. We like the configuration for the in-door ice maker. Although a good seal is important, it would be nice if the doors closed on their own. We got used to it with the older unit. The doors need a good push to secure them. Could use a little more light in the freezer. Maybe just a brighter bulb. Neither issue is a deal breaker. We are happy with the unit. Maybe these suggestions will be a recurring observation before your next design.

Work great, but the bin design is weird

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it on Oct 29 2025. The directions to level the doors that come with the unit do not match the unit. It showed screw adjustments that do not exist. I did a google search to find my unit. My Right door fits square. My left door is sitting at an angle. When the fridge is level the Left sits at an angle. If I adjust the feet to level the left door the unit is off level by about 1 inch. The "pizza pocket" is a nice idea but poorly designed for a family. It holds two pies and because the bins are deep you cant lye more on the bottom, The Right vegetable drawer is about 1 inch too wide so when you open it all the way it hits the left door. The right one is fine. I wish it had a way to view the temperature inside. There is an alarm for the open door but not one for low temperature. It took 2 full days for the fridge to reach 35 degrees and it had very little in it. Over all I am happy with the unit other than the design flaws I mentioned.

Nice fridge, company and service not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fridge was a replacement of my previous model under warranty. It's a newer model than my other one. Love the finish, shelf/drawer layout inside. the water dispenser is a little weird. Biggest complaint is due to installation - installers completely disassembled it to bring in the house and were not able to put the doors back on correctly. Apparently due to lacking a special whirlpool tool. Turns out that "correction of errors during installation" is not covered by the whirlpool warranty. Overall I've come to hate this company but I'm not sure if any other company would be much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tons of room!

Love the size of the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is working well for us. My only complaint is the ice maker doesn’t make ice very fast. Seems as though that it takes a while to make. Everything else is good with the unit. Hopefully we get many, many years of service from it.
