Finding the coffee bean that you enjoy is a major key for me for great tasting coffee. Everyone has an opinion of what tastes great. When you find the right bean, the coffee tastes amazing to your taste. My opinion. The one con….. The machine does not get the coffee hot enough for my taste. The machine works as advertised. Easy to make different size cups of coffee. I like the coffee machine.

The Aiden makes great coffee, and the brewing process can be as simple or as detailed as you like. The Aiden is as advertised, a great cup of coffee. I highly recommend this machine if you are picky about flavor.
My history is as a medium and dark roast drinker, espresso and French press methods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall-Easy to use and clean. App is not always reliable (ie says offline even though wifi is on)

Coffee tastes so much better . I feel that I have more control with the brewing process. The results are more intimate and rewarding. Pairing with the phone is remarkable.

I've tried a few other devices that claimed they could produce pour over quality coffee. But none of them have succeeded.
I skeptically eyed the Aiden for over a year. Finaly I was able to try coffee made in one at the Fellow store in San Francisco...a few weeks later I finally broke down and bought one. And it hasn't disappointed!

I mostly use it for single serve cups, but have brewed a pot for company.
It makes excellent coffee; the single serve cups are better than my own brewing in a chemex (but I never mastered the proper technique).
It even comes with a few of each filter, which was nice (I had a bunch of #4 cones and didn't realize they were the wrong size until the machine arrived 🫣).
I would recommend this to a friend!

This coffee maker is worth every penny. Excellent flavor. I drink the coffee immediately after it's brewed so I don't mind that it doesn't have a heated base. Love the sesame color.
