So easy to use. Brews delicious coffee. It is so convenient. I love creating custom brew recipes. I also enjoy downloading custom recipes roasters have created for their specialty coffees.

One of my Best Coffee Investments

This has been one of my best coffee investments. I have long looked for a good single serve brewer for busy mornings when I never seem to leave myself enough time to stand around and brew a pour over. I bought my Aiden as part of the set with the grinder, and the combo has been life changing. I can now enjoy actually good coffee in the morning and don't have to stand around for 5+ minutes to just brew one cup. I especially love that the Aiden actually gets hot enough. I previously had a Breville precision brewer, and was frustrated that it NEVER got hot enough to brew a good cup. The fellow checks all the boxes so far. Had it about 3 months now, using it near daily, and this has been one of the best coffee gadgets I've bought so far. Brews great coffee in the single serve and batch settings. It's precise enough for me to dial in my preferred settings, but easy enough to use for anyone who isn't super into specialty coffee. My only complaint is the matte finish is a little difficult to clean. If coffee splashes from my cup onto it, it's a little difficult to wipe off and keep the underside from looking spotless. Overall though, can't say enough good things. Hoping this machine keeps brewing well for a long time to come!

Best home coffee maker

We love our Aiden! The programmability and range of cup sizes are game changers for our coffee routine. We went from making two aeropresses a day to this and now we can easily serve one to 8 people with great quality coffee. I do wish the display were larger and fewer components were plastic, however. They seem durable, but some higher quality materials would be nice. It would also be great if the next round of carafes incorporated the brewed coffee into itself better, because it currently requires a rigorous stir or methodical pouring to avoid one cup tasting different from another. Still, it's the best home brewer out there and we love our fellow products!

I have been impressed with the quality of coffee from Aiden - pour over quality! It is also very easy to use the guided brew feature, outlining exactly how many grams of beans to use. This is simplified my morning routine and allows others in the household to make high quality coffee each morning.

It's pour over-quality coffee in a drip machine. I don't know how Fellow did it, but this is consistently the best cup of coffee you can make.
