Simple, customizable automated pour over coffee! Aiden precision coffee maker is simpme coffee, elevated. Solves the problem of high-quality coffee complexity and makes pour over possible daily. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great Brewer, Great Coffee, Lots of Features

Purchased as a coffee professional seeking an SCA certified automatic drip brewer and am glad I did! Very happy with brewer, best coffee quality I've seen from home automatic drip machine. Single and batch brew baskets offer versatility: batch brew for the weekends at home, single serve pour over for the weekdays on the go. Brewer has solid build quality and great aesthetic (very 'Star Trek'). Haven't played around with the custom brew profiles yet but there are plenty of parameters to adjust - from bloom time to water temp and number of pulses. Great for different roast levels and coffee types. It even adjusts water temp for your elevation! App seems functional and connecting the brewer was simple enough. Notifications that my coffee is ready sometimes take a while to come through (I'll get a notification saying my coffee is ready as I'm already sipping it) but this is a non-issue. If you're looking for a home drip brewer upgrade, highly recommend.

Worth Every Penny!

This thing is great! A staple of every morning! It did take me needing to adjust my breaker in order to keep it operational, but I really think that was my electrical issue. If you’ve got sensitive breakers, it may cause a little challenge. But once I got it worked out, it’s been rock solid.

Made me appreciate the different types of coffee!

It's a very good machine to brew coffee. I've tried it with various types of coffee beans and love that it is consistent in making a good cup of coffee. Discovering and trying out new beans makes me love this coffee maker even more. With the help of AI (separate app), I can create profiles that are design for every type of bean so ever cup that it brews comes out amazing. So far, I've had it for 6 months and it has been reliable.

Much easier than making a pour over

I bought the Aiden to replace the work of doing a pour over and after a few tweaks to my grind size (had to go finer with the Aiden) I'm getting a comparable cup to using the Kalita wave. Very happy with the convenience of the Aiden.

Phenomenal machine. Would recommend to anyone who wants similar hand pour over quality but doesn’t always have the time for a full stagg set up and pour. Also awesome just for a batch

Wonderful Brewed Coffee and Enjoyable To Use

I have had the Aiden for two months now and so far, I really like it. It has been easy to learn how to use and each cup of coffee that I’ve made comes out perfect. I love the fact that I can have multiple cups of coffee in the morning and each cup can use a different type of beans if I so choose. There is no waste as there would be if I made a pot of coffee from a traditional coffee maker. But if I do have guests, I can then make a carafe-full that tastes just as wonderful. So far, there have been no issues of concern. I did wonder why it often dripped after using the single serve basket, but then after some research, I learned that because of the design to allow it to brew straight into a cup (which is great) rather than needing a container to engage the basket, that may happen. I just treat it like I do a pour over and put a cup underneath or remove the basket. Problem solved. I am really looking forward to continuing to learn all the Aiden can do, as well as having many more wonderful cups of coffee!
