An expensive and high quality coffee maker!

Love the ability to switch between both basket options! A brewer is only as good as your beans and grinder - but this thing is about as close to a pour over as you can get! Love the size and ergonomics of the insulated carafe as well.

This machine makes a consistently good cup of coffee. Water heats to specified temperature very quickly, and love being able to customize specifications of each brew.

The Aiden coffee maker is the best automatic coffee maker on the market! My husband typically makes a pour over every morning but it has been tougher now that our kids are growing up. The convenience of being able to hit a button and have pour over quality coffee is much appreciated in our season of young parenting!

I love my Aiden and use it every morning! It has never had any issues outside of user error. It can be a bit of work to set up and figure out on the front end, but it’s smooth sailing after that!

This is a great coffee coffee maker, sleek and matches the aesthetic of our fellow grinder and kettle. Love the ability to dial in exact specifications, brew ratios, bloom times and temperatures, and number of pulses. Also cool features that you can use their suggested brews with the Fellow Drops.

Generally great with some minor imperfections. Not a fan of the preset brew recipes, but some quick googling leads to some great suggestions. Wish the carafe kept coffee hot for longer.
9/10 would recommend

So nice to have an automatic batch coffee maker when you want the convenience but with the added ability to nerd out when you want to with all of the additional settings and recipes.
