OK, so when I decided to master the perfect cup of pour over, I went all in with the Tally scale, Ode grinder, Stagg EKG Kettle and Stagg pour over filter. After some serious work and a ton of beans, I had found the grind and ratio that worked for me. Things were great for about 9 months. Then the Aiden came out, and I kicked around getting one for the sole reason that I could make more than one cup at a time. Then I got one and gave it a test drive. I used the same amount of beans and the same grind I used for a manual pour over. Bam. Nailed it. First cup. I hate to admit it, but the Aiden is so easy and so consistent, that I only use my Stagg rig when I'm feeling' artsy! Otherwise, I use my Aiden. Yes, it's that good! And of course, like all Fellow products, it looks awesome on the countertop. Love the Fellow esthetic! So, yes, get the Stagg when you want to show off your pour over chops, but get the Aiden when you are looking for a great cup of pour over with the push of a button.

We live our Aiden. Makes perfect batches of coffee every time. Very customizable to adjust your brews and find the perfect recipe. Also love the community that makes profiles for everyone to try. It's definitely been worth the investment.

I've made myself pour over coffee in the morning for nearly a decade but after my wife and I had our second child this year, morning time became more precious. I didn't want to suffer a loss of quality and the Fellow Aidan has provided just that in both single cup and batch service. The settings are all easy to use and customize and having a quality cup waiting on me each morning, waking up to the smell of amazing coffee has become a key part of my morning routine. Lots of coffee makers have timers but few will brew you such a quality cup. It's easy for my wife and guests to use as well. The self cleaning is efficient and effective. One of the best purchases I've made across the board in some time!

Sleek design and perfect flavor profile. No steam during brew cycle which means it fits underneath my counters too! I also love being able to customize the brew cycle.
