I bought this a few weeks ago because I wanted to be able to make better tasting coffee. So far, it has proven to make a better tasting brew - more flavorful and a smoother taste than from my previous coffee maker. Also, I really like the computerized guidelines. Glad I made the investment.

A little different than the standard Fellow pour over system

Coffee tastes great. Aiden foot print is a decent size, not a huge machine on the counter. I’m a little confused as to the yield on this machine. We have used the fellow pour over system for years. We always use the brew assist on the scale. I would have thought the measurements would have been the same with this machine. On the Aiden brew assist using the same ratio for two cups did not yield the same amount of coffee. On the Aiden we have to select 4 cups to yield the same as the pour over system scale/carafe yield. I would have thought they would be the same since it’s all Fellow. Overall happy with the purchase.

Great machine, looks great and does its job well

I have had the Aiden Precision Coffee maker for a few months now and I must say, it has been both a pleasure and learning curve. It performs it's functions well, and is very flexible on the settings for either a single cup or a carafe of coffee. That said, the default settings for light, medium and dark roast brewing do not match the typical coffee beans that I purchase and I have had to fuss with it get the coffee to come out tasking good. These are medium to high quality coffee beans. My goal is always to have my brewed coffee come out tasting as close to a manual pour over as possible. Buy using the app, varying the settings is easy, using the control knob/menus is fine as well but takes a bit longer.

Easy Warranty Return

So this thing makes great coffee and I’m a fan of the app and the scheduling functionality, however I’m writing because my went down (neglect, apparently you need to clean these more regularly than I did), and they pretty much had me send my unit back and I had a new one, all within just about three days. That was incredible.

Great coffee nd easy to use (after watching the video)

We have been using our Aiden for the past 2 weeks. Prior to buying our Aiden, we were strictly French Press coffee makers. We needed to be able to make more coffee as we have guests coming. We decided we would try a "drip" maker. After much research we bought the Aiden. It took us about 5 days to dial in the right amount of coffee beans (we bought the grinder too) and to figure out how many cups we needed, We are very pleased with the quality and how easy it is to get just the right coffee in the morning, We love it!

Great batch brewer. Love the versatility across both brew sizes and roast types. Easy to clean and maintain. Would appreciate a slightly bigger water reservoir but that's a truly minor gripe.
