Got this a couple of weeks ago. It took me a little time to find the right ratios and what not. However, that's mostly because I love to experiment. It's worth knowing that it also made a fantastic cup of coffee from the get go (personally I think it recommends more coffee than necessary, but to each their own!).
It looks beautiful, has very helpful instructions (seriously, nothing to be intimidated by), creates a wonderful cup of coffee, and being able to set it for the AM is a game changer for me.
I honestly can't think of a single thing I'd ask to change. They deliver on everything they advertise, which given the price-point, I expected to have some complaints... but I don't! Highly recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This machine exceeds expectations. I've only had it a couple of weeks, but I enjoy the detail to everything on this machine. The design, the interface, the quality of the cup of coffee—everything is awesome.

I've made a few pots of coffee now, and it works marvelously. The only reason for 4 stars is that coffee leaks when the carafe is removed after brewing is finished.

You can fully dial in every roast.

After a decade of brewing a morning pour over by hand this is a game changer. Fantastic brewer. Love how many settings are provided to adjust for dialing in each roast. Consistent, easy and great cups.
Would love the ratio setting to offer lower than 14:1. So far the best cups have required 28-30gs paired with 340g of water (11-12:1).

Bought It for Hard-to-Find Features.

For starters, smart and sustainable packaging. After a slight mishap (my fault) I made great coffee. I like the easy-to-fill water container. And the pot doesn't spill! Single- cup and bloom are features wanted.
