Getting use to a great machine!

I received the unit a week ago and tried using both the cone filter basket directly into a mug and the larger flat basket using the carafe. Both pours turned out excellent, smooth and flavorful. I’m still experimenting with optimum water to coffee ratio. I also setup the unit for wi-fi and noticed the unit’s firmware was immediately updated to the current release, nice touch! Very intuitive to use as well. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase so far!

I love the esthetic of all Fellow designs. The Aiden is easy to use and so far I have loved it. I am a bit disappointed that it seems a bit "cheap" in the construction and the pot does not keep coffee really hot for long. Berville is better construction and quality BUT it doesn't look at nice.

I’ve had this machine now for a couple of weeks. I honestly don’t taste a difference in my daily morning brew compared to that of my Keurig. It’s not bad tasting. But nothing special either. I do love the assisted brew feature. Takes all of the guess work out of preparing my coffee.

I have been using the Aiden for about two weeks. As drip makers go, the product it produces is very good. However, I still don't get the extraction and depth of flavor that I get with a manual pour over. Having said that, it certainly is the best auto drip coffee maker I've used. My only gripe is that the single dial access to the menu, while providing a very clean design and look, is cumbersome and confusing to use and takes longer than it should. In particular, getting out of the menu after you've programmed it, sometimes voids the program. There is also supposed to be a wifi connection to the app which I have not been able to utilize. Maybe once I've used it for a longer period and the app is functioning better I would upgrade my review.

Absolutely fantastic tasting coffee. Loving each cup it makes. There are a few down sides that are frustrating though. Pouring water into the machine is a pain and often spills. Getting the grounds out of the basket, when I tipped it over, got grounds all over the handle too. Now I do it differently but I wish there wasn’t a handle.
