Spectacular! From the chic counter look, to the brewing, to the pour--to the hours long hot coffee. This is absolutely the best drip coffee maker I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this--even to those who are coffee purists. I am a quick coffee maker--but the true coffee snob will be duly impressed with the function capabilities of this machine. Bravo!

Fellow Aiden - Death Star?

I'm actually a bit disappointed with this product. It looks great on my countertop... kinda like a rectangular, black Death Star. However, like the Death Star, it is not yet fully operational. My first cup of coffee, using the "Instant Brew" setting was over extracted and bitter. I was previously using the Chemex Ottomatic 2.0 and, I have to say, it makes a better pot of coffee. Over the following week, I was able to fiddle with the settings and get something a bit closer to the Chemex, but still not as delicate and tasty. Part of the problem is that, without app functionality, messing with the brew settings is just too much hassle. I'm honestly a bit shocked Fellow released this product (even for limited pre-ordering) without a functional app. The whole purpose - the entire selling point for this product - are the many ways you can customize the brewing profiles. And it's just too fiddly to spend 20 minutes hunkered over my counter top setting up new brewing profiles. Hopefully, once the app is fully functional (sometime in "Fall of 2024"... of which there are only 7 weeks remaining), I'll be able to make a pot of coffee that rivals the Chemex.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality and versatility of a manual pour-over brew in an automatic machine!

I have only had the Aiden Precision Coffee Maker for a few weeks now but WOW what a great product! The coffee maker looks as good as all Fellow products and is extremely versatile! It has both single and batch brewing options each with it's own basket. This amazing machine allow you to precisely dial in your brew, allowing you to set the temperature and duration for the bloom phase, along with setting the number, temperature, and duration between each "pour" phase. This allows the automatic coffee maker to get as close to a manual pour-over quality brew as one can get! From my experience so far, no other automatic coffee maker can come close!!

We've had our Aiden for about a week now and have used it every day. It has replaced our standard drip coffee maker AND can act as a substitute for our pour-over system if we so wish (I still love the process of pour-over coffee, but THIS is so much more efficient). I LOVE how programmable and personalizable it is (can't wait for the app to start having more features). I also love how it fits and looks on my counter.

This makes the best cold brew I've ever had!!! Talk about saving money - no more coffee shop cold brew for me. This machine makes a far superior cup with so little effort.
The regular hot brew is literally as good as my pour over!!! They weren't lying about what this machine can do...I'm kind of amazed.

Preordered and received last week.
So far it’s excellent. Spending time getting used to the settings. Makes excellent pour over coffee ,even on the instant brew settings. Looking forward to using all of the features as we get used to it.
