Aiden will turn you into a coffee snob.

I thought I was the coffee snob before I got the Aiden, now I am really a coffee snob. This makes the best coffee I have ever had.

Best coffee maker ever

I absolutely love this machine! From the moment I brewed for the first time with it, I knew I had stumbled upon a special coffee maker. The Aiden is better at making pour over coffee than the vast majority of baristas at high end coffee shops.
I am now consistently drinking such world class coffee that trying what once was an average cup for me now feels almost like going back to Starbucks. The weekly fellow drops is much appreciated and has introduced me to a lot of great roasters around the world.
I also have been making a cold brew concentrate for espresso martinis at the bar that I manage. The ability to custom create a brew profile for this has been excellent. I have a higher coffee ratio and a 10 hour brew time. The cocktails I’m making with it are world class now.

The Aiden is a great product, and has made my morning coffee ritual so much easier. The coffee tastes amazing, and I have found no issues with navigating the technical components of the machine. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for consistently good, pour-over style coffee.

Bought this just recently and it’s already my favorite new coffee maker. The recent app updates have also been great. I buy fellow drops and like the custom brew guides showing up for those.

Good morning coffee output but not great … yet.

At first I was really impressed with the uptick in the quality of the brew. Still experimenting, but what I’m still missing is that dialed in water to coffee ratio that will give me two 8 OUNCE cups of dark brew using either Instant or prompts. Using the Fellows formula, I get a cup and a half of pretty good coffee. Must be the beans that I’m using (Brooklyn Beans that I grind at a 6/10.) Will keep the coffee maker because of its simplicity and easy to follow directions. Hope I get a formula that I can use on a daily basis. Not there yet.
