Simple, if that's what you prefer

I have only had this for a week, and I have had no time to explore the many features of this machine. So I am here to say that I am delighted by the "Instant Brew" setting. I just press a button and get excellent coffee. I hope to broaden my horizons at a later date.

So Far, So Excellent

The Aiden is exactly the coffee machine I have been waiting for. I love specialty coffee, but my spouse and the other folks for whom I regularly make coffee are apathetic at best to actively disinterested in my specialty coffee. That's not a problem (more for me, after all!) but as someone with a toddler I also struggled to have my cake and eat it too: that is, making my "fancy coffee" with a V60 or Clever or Kalitta after hand-grinding became entirely too much faff, and using the old 12-cup Mr. Coffee was out of the question for my single-origin beans.
With Aiden, I get the benefit of a brewer which can at least do a solid facsimile of a professional pourover for myself which is almost entirely hands-off, then switch to the batch brew basket to throw on a pot of the generic grocery store pre-ground coffee for my family. And I don't have to devote counter space to both the "basic" coffee maker AND a specialty coffee brewer. Aiden does both, and very well.

Overall, the machine works well. The only concern we have is when washing the pot out, water gets under the handle. Assuming the handle is hollow, water does come from where it contacts the side of the pot. If water is not drained there is a potential for mold formation.

Great everyday coffee maker with a sleek design

We’ve been using this every morning and we love it!! A big step above normal drip and it gives me a great tasting coffee similar to the pour over I love!!

Great flavor profiles for single and batch brews. Compliments Fellow Drops perfectly, especially with it provided recipes. Will be much easier once the app can auto-add the new profiles.

Flat our best coffee we've ever had!

I've had the Aiden for a little over a week. We love it.
We graduated to better beans when we realized how much we were spending at the now iconic coffee chain each month. We thought we could buy premium beans and make our own on our Mr. Coffee coffee maker. That was three years ago, and it has been working marvelously. We find ourselves waiting to get home and make coffee the way we want it rather than paying a premium and hoping the barista gets our order right.
Recently, we've been wondering if we could improve our quality by upgrading our coffee maker. The ones we wanted were very expensive, which made us hesitate. Then we heard about the Aiden and decided to give it a try. We knew of the quality of other Fellow products and believed this new maker would follow suit. We are not disappointed. There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's not intimidating and lends itself well to making our coffee brewing a bit of a ritual. The payoff for this is one of the best cups of coffee we've ever had...bar none! Right here in our home! The customizable profiles are easily implemented, and the onscreen menus are easy to follow. We have yet to try new beans and are bowled over by how much better our coffee is using our old beans, which come from Haiti.
The app is not yet fully functional, but we're eager for that to happen. The machine is a great value considering what it does and the price paid. I would be interested in an all-stainless steel model at some point in the future, fully understanding that it would command a premium over this version. The coffee it makes is that good!
Next up? A premium grinder!!

If decent made a coffee brewer they couldn’t come close to matching the Aiden

I’ve only had the Aiden for a week but since the beginning I’ve been extremely impressed with this brewer… the batch brew, the single cup, the cold brew, every brew has been extracted perfectly no matter what coffee I’ve thrown at it. And all the little settings! Don’t get me started.. temperature of the bloom… temperature of all the pulses… all the ratios… all the options! The only thing that could be better would be a slightly larger water tank otherwise I don’t have one complaint
