We LOVE our new Aiden coffee maker! We have been doing pour over for years, which we love, AND having an automatic coffee maker that uses such precision and thoughtful features has been a game changer. So much more time to enjoy our coffee!

This thing is amazing. Intimidating when you see all the options, but the guided brews give a solid starting point. Excited for them to develop the app further. Being able to see all the options there rather than just on the machine will be really nice. But genuinely no complaints!

Pour over quality at the push of a button

Ordered the Aiden at our very first opportunity, and 100% happy with our decision. Super easy to use and clean. The coffee is absolutely pour over quality, and the guided brew feature is a home run. The Aiden is spoiling us. Telling EVERYONE about this coffee maker.

The schedule feature needs work for real world operation.

I got my machine as part of the first batch. It brews excellent coffee but the schedule feature needs more work. I used to do pour over in the morning, but having a scheule for the first coffee in the mornings is an excellent idea, however, there is no simple way of stopping the scheule from running if you decide to get up earlier and make coffee. There should be a one press override function that just executes the brew early and cancels the schedule (like other manual coffee brewers). What ends up happening is that you choose guided brew or instant brew if it is set up and it brews the batch HOWEVER when the time comes around for the scheduled brew it just ends up diluting your second cup. Besides this frustration, I'm very happy with the coffee that it brews.

It’s pretty darn good

The product is good, I can’t figure out connecting to Wi-Fi, but it’s a coffee maker and I’ve never needed to do that before, so it’s not a big issue. I wouldn’t say it is worth all the fame, but it is pretty darn good.

Really great machine

Great machine. My only quibbles and you refine next iterations: I don't believe it heats the water as hot as my prior Moccamaster. The carafe also doesn't really hold heat. So, I seldom do a multiple cup brew and only do one cup brews as a result. I don't have a problem doing that just a note about heat.

The Aiden brewer gives me consistency regardless of the amount of coffee I want to make or the bean I'm using. I have been able to transition my morning pour over to a custom brew. The selection of beans delivered with Aiden have also been fun to explore the machine's capabilities.
