Excellent pour-over quality coffee

Excellent coffee. Guided brew process works great. Plastic build quality sub-par for Fellow. Carafe does not stay hot long enough. Can’t see the water chamber without turning the unit sideways.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to use - great cup - took awhile to figure out the right grind setting. I wish Fellow would publish a cross walk of the leading grinders out there to the Ode they publish a receipe for. Does Ode 8 = Niche Zero 60 ?

Simply put, the coffee tastes amazing. We’ve transitioned from a household drinking Americanos to drip produced by our Aiden Fellow. It’s amazing!

Hands-down one of the best coffee makers I've ever purchased. Thoroughly impressed with the quality of the brew from this machine. Fellow certainly carries the clout of producing high-quality products. The Aiden is no different, in fact I would say it is the pinnacle of their strive for excellence coffee brewing.

Spectacular! From the chic counter look, to the brewing, to the pour--to the hours long hot coffee. This is absolutely the best drip coffee maker I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this--even to those who are coffee purists. I am a quick coffee maker--but the true coffee snob will be duly impressed with the function capabilities of this machine. Bravo!
