Everything as advertised. Great looks and high quality build. Very easy to connect the app and load profiles for selected coffees. Straightforward to use and makes great coffee from a range of roasters and light to dark roasts in 2 to 10 cups

I've been using the Fellow Aiden for a couple weeks now. Very impressed with the ease of making coffee. The Aiden is packed with so many great features. The adjustability to fine tune your brews is second to none. I have not used my V60 or Pulsar since receiving the Aiden. Truly an amazing piece of coffee equipment!

World class coffee - amazing.

One week into ownership and I am blown away. The coffee is outstanding. I've been making a pour-over daily for 10 years with premium coffee and all fellow products- and I think this does a better job. Friends who have tasted coffee have been super impressed. Fun and easy to use. As someone who enjoys the process of making coffee (but has kids and things to do in the morning), this strikes the perfect balance of automation without completely removing the user from the process of making coffee every morning.

Good and saves time

Takes the guess work out of it. I like to make pour over but i have 2 kids and run a buisness so I dont have the time in the morning. This makes a great cut with no hassle. The setup was a bit off and the app is garbage right now but im sure that will change.

perfect machine for total geeks

This is the perfect machine for total geeks who want to control every aspect of their coffee.
I am geeky, but I struggle with getting the correct grind size (even with my Mahlkonig grinder) and thus struggle to produce pourover-level coffee in the Aiden. That said, I think this is great for brewing quickly, when you have no time to do a pourover. Also great for doing larger batch brews for houseguests or visitors.
But to get the most out of it, you need to know how to properly "dial in" your grind size. You also need to understand the various advanced levers to use (bloom time/temp, temp of brew, etc.).
I think the average user won't have the patience to play with all the settings to figure out how to optimize. However, Aiden has pre-set settings that seem pretty good. I am happy with this purchase.
One design flaw though: the water container will be VERY hard to clean. You have to have skinny hands to get in there and there are parts inside it that make it impossible to fully clean properly. So, maybe try to keep it dry between brews.

As someone who prefers pour over, I agree with all the expert reviews of this machine you see in the marketing videos. We have so far enjoyed both light and medium roast guided batch brewing and it is the cleanest and brightest cup of “drip” coffee my wife and I have ever had.
