Thus far Aiden is living up to the hype! Fellow really worked hard to find the right way to make an automatic coffee maker. Extraction is great with both individual and batch brews. I haven't touched my Chemex since Aiden arrived.

I love the abilities to customize my drink! I’ve been using the big brew profiles since I got Aiden a couple of weeks ago. Tried the single cup pour over today & it’s all great!

I must admit that upon its arrival, Aiden was a bit intimidating...we let the box sit for a few days before opening. Boy, was I impressed right from the beginning! The packaging was unbelievable...everything was so well packed it was like a dance unpackaging it! We followed the handy-dandy quick review instructions and wowwie! We were walked through every step, it was made very easy to brew that first carafe from Aiden. From the beginning and moving forward to today, the cups of coffee come out so flavorful and very clean tasting. I must say we are still a bit in the learning stages discovering what that little dial will do but it's fun, an adventure and it's a great cup of coffee! Thanks Fellow and Aiden!

I wish I still knew the man that purchased this because this coffee machine changed my life; I’m a whole new person. I had to wait many months for it to finally arrive but it was sure worth the wait.
Got preferences on your pour over? Lock them in and guarantee the results time after time with this machine.

Wow. Just Wow!

I am so happy with this that I put away my Ratio Eight machine. If you know that machine, you know that it makes pretty amazing coffee and very simple to use. However, it uses thick chemex filters and can be a spillover nightmare if you don’t dial in the grind size. Leaving that behind, I was skeptical. However, not only was I surprised at how easy Aiden was to use but also on how amazingly detailed the flavor profile came out of it. Even with batch and the included Onyx coffee using three pulses in the profile, I was blown away with its taste. The fact that you can dial in the temperature is also amazing because you can basically have a cup already cooled down at the perfect sipping temp without burning the tongue and no more waiting for it to settle in the flavor. Wow. Just wow!!! One quick suggestion would be to more quickly see how much coffee I have to grind right away in the brew screen instead of having to click many times.
