I have had my Aiden now for about a week and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know it and the coffee that it produces. It can be simple to use when you use the preprogrammed profiles, or you can tweak the settings to your hearts content.

Consistent and Stunning

A week into Aiden and I couldn't be happier. I bought it specifically for it's promised ability to replicate good brews over and over, and it's delivered tremendously. No matter the batch size, the coffee always tastes great. Not to mention it looks great on my kitchen counter. Excited to see what it can do when more features drop and I can make my own profiles/share them with my coffee nerd friends. Well done, Fellow!

Awesome even compared to a percolator

Works great! App isn’t really functional for now except for initial setup and registration which is why only 4 stars…. But they preloaded the free coffee profiles before shipping. So no functionality is really missing at the moment. Used to use a percolator but really enjoy the flavor and richness Aiden brings out of the coffee more!

I have had the Aiden for a few weeks and blown away with the ease of use, pour over quality, and flavor profiles brought out of each coffee. At first I felt guilty upgrading my coffee equipment, got over the guilt quickly! Highly recommend.

A Coffee Nerd’s Dream Machine

Where do I start… I pre-ordered this on day one and it was so worth the five month wait! I wanted a machine to consistently make a pour over day in and day out, without the errors of a human. I was in the coffee industry for five years and no one can be as consistent as the Aiden. The fact that brew profiles can be customized or downloaded from roasters with how they intended the coffee to be brewed is genius, it really makes you feel closer to the coffee! The Aiden is the perfect machine for anyone, and especially so for those coffee enthusiasts. The Aiden makes the most fun and tasty cup of coffee each and every morning!
I’ve owned all of Fellow’s brewing products and this one is no different - high quality, well thought through, absolutely stunning, and reliable. Keep it up Fellow, you’re doing amazing!

Best pour over coffee experience.

After a full week of brewing different coffees delivered with my Aiden, I’ve been blown away by the ease-of-use and quality of the brewed coffee. The ability for roasters to provide custom brew profiles is amazing and takes the coffee experience to the next level. As a parent, the scheduling capabilities are a huge convenience.
