I don't normally do reviews but will do a quick one on my Aiden. It's simple to use as I haven't delved into its more advanced features. Evan at that, it makes a great cup of coffee. Couldn't be happier with it.

I was waiting for this coffee maker to show up for ages and had apprehension about it as I've never been a fan of buying the first model of anything. However, this thing is incredible! It's honestly better than I can make in a pour over and while I don't see myself getting too crazy with the fine tuning I will probably set myself up a little tasting panel to figure out the exact process and temps that I prefer. It's astounding how easy and convenient it is to use. And we don't even have all the features yet!

I’ve had the machine since last Saturday. I’m enjoying getting to know it. I have strayed from the standard profiles a little, but the coffee has always been good, and mostly excellent. I go to bed looking forward to waking up to this little piece of Brutalist architecture on my kitchen counter, and the pour over quality coffee it produces.

Worth the wait!

It finally arrived, actually 2 days before estimated delivery. The packaging was robust and the box containing the Aiden would give Apple a challenge in design. The booklets and electronic display had a great cup of coffee brewed in 5 minutes.

Love the style and functionality!

I was looking for a way to simplify my morning coffee making process and also a way to make great tasting coffee for a larger group of people. So far Aiden has checked both of those requirements! I have been using Aiden now for a week and I have been quite happy with the results. I’m still working on dialing in the ratios of coffee and water for the optimum results, as I don’t feel that Aiden can quite get the flavors as a pour over will do for me.

I've had my Aiden for almost a week now. I have a Moccamaster that I'm replacing. I never seemed to be able to dial it in consistency for a good cup of coffee. With the Aiden it has been much easier to hit that sweet spot for the perfect brew. I have been using a medium roast so far and haven't tried a light roast yet. That seems to be the trickiest for me. I'm no Barista by far so a machine that can help me make a consistent good cup is what I was looking for. So far I think this has done what I have hoped. Thank you Fellow!
