I wish I still knew the man that purchased this because this coffee machine changed my life; I’m a whole new person. I had to wait many months for it to finally arrive but it was sure worth the wait.
Got preferences on your pour over? Lock them in and guarantee the results time after time with this machine.

Wow. Just Wow!

I am so happy with this that I put away my Ratio Eight machine. If you know that machine, you know that it makes pretty amazing coffee and very simple to use. However, it uses thick chemex filters and can be a spillover nightmare if you don’t dial in the grind size. Leaving that behind, I was skeptical. However, not only was I surprised at how easy Aiden was to use but also on how amazingly detailed the flavor profile came out of it. Even with batch and the included Onyx coffee using three pulses in the profile, I was blown away with its taste. The fact that you can dial in the temperature is also amazing because you can basically have a cup already cooled down at the perfect sipping temp without burning the tongue and no more waiting for it to settle in the flavor. Wow. Just wow!!! One quick suggestion would be to more quickly see how much coffee I have to grind right away in the brew screen instead of having to click many times.

We LOVE our new Aiden coffee maker! We have been doing pour over for years, which we love, AND having an automatic coffee maker that uses such precision and thoughtful features has been a game changer. So much more time to enjoy our coffee!

This thing is amazing. Intimidating when you see all the options, but the guided brews give a solid starting point. Excited for them to develop the app further. Being able to see all the options there rather than just on the machine will be really nice. But genuinely no complaints!

Ordered the Aiden at our very first opportunity, and 100% happy with our decision. Super easy to use and clean. The coffee is absolutely pour over quality, and the guided brew feature is a home run. The Aiden is spoiling us. Telling EVERYONE about this coffee maker.

The schedule feature needs work for real world operation.

I got my machine as part of the first batch. It brews excellent coffee but the schedule feature needs more work. I used to do pour over in the morning, but having a scheule for the first coffee in the mornings is an excellent idea, however, there is no simple way of stopping the scheule from running if you decide to get up earlier and make coffee. There should be a one press override function that just executes the brew early and cancels the schedule (like other manual coffee brewers). What ends up happening is that you choose guided brew or instant brew if it is set up and it brews the batch HOWEVER when the time comes around for the scheduled brew it just ends up diluting your second cup. Besides this frustration, I'm very happy with the coffee that it brews.
