Amazing!

For starters, it’s gorgeous. It’s sleek and way more space saving than my Breville. Out of the box was an easy set up and makes excellent coffee. Like all good coffee, dialing in the grind is the biggest part on me. I’m super excited to see more coffee profiles to be uploaded through the app. The one problem was the clock always reverting to PST but they fixed it asap so their are on top of it. The one other thing I wish is that every time you move something- the carafe, the lid of the filter or water- the menu wakes up and goes to instant brew. It’s nitpicky but I wish it stayed on sleep until I turned on the menu.

I pre-ordered the Aiden system in April and received it last week. The product is excellent! Its customizable settings allow me to achieve a direct match for flavor, mouth feel, and color as compared to my EKG pour over system. I look forward to a fully functional app. Otherwise, I’d make this purchase again in a minute.

Thus far Aiden is living up to the hype! Fellow really worked hard to find the right way to make an automatic coffee maker. Extraction is great with both individual and batch brews. I haven't touched my Chemex since Aiden arrived.

I love the abilities to customize my drink! I’ve been using the big brew profiles since I got Aiden a couple of weeks ago. Tried the single cup pour over today & it’s all great!

I must admit that upon its arrival, Aiden was a bit intimidating...we let the box sit for a few days before opening. Boy, was I impressed right from the beginning! The packaging was unbelievable...everything was so well packed it was like a dance unpackaging it! We followed the handy-dandy quick review instructions and wowwie! We were walked through every step, it was made very easy to brew that first carafe from Aiden. From the beginning and moving forward to today, the cups of coffee come out so flavorful and very clean tasting. I must say we are still a bit in the learning stages discovering what that little dial will do but it's fun, an adventure and it's a great cup of coffee! Thanks Fellow and Aiden!
