Like everything else Fellow, of impeccable build quality and worth every penny. First few cups have been PHENOMENAL and the ability to seamlessly switch from a solo pour-over to a full pot brew for guests is great! Throw in smart features like scheduling and guided brewing and you’ve got another winner from Fellow.

Feat of HW engineering that’s begging for good SW

I’ve had it for a week now and so far it has been amazing. I love two main things: 1. how consistent it is and 2. how clean it leaves everything.
The only downside is the app. Fellow is notorious for bad apps and i am just nervous this gonna be another one of these examples. I hope their SW Engineers are as good as their HW engineers now. Will update review when the app ships.

The Best Cup of Coffee, EVER!

OMGoodness! Just brewed the best cup of coffee ever with my new beautiful Aiden! Simple to use and beautiful on my counter. This creation by Fellows is the best coffee maker I have ever owned, and I have been around quite a few years. I am a grind my beans before brewing person for every cup I have brewed all of my days. So trust me when I tell you, “This is the best coffee maker yet!” And yes, I routinely do French press, pour-over, concentrates, and standard coffee makers. Aiden tops them all!

Lives up to hype

TLDR - this is a great machine ...
Pre-ordered this on the promise of pour-over quality. It hasn't disappointed. I brew both - 6 cups in the morning and singles through the day. Had a Wolf prior and would say that the full pot flavor is similar with the Aiden having a slight edge. I'm still using the canned profiles and am looking forward to playing a bit with customizing. Would be helpful to have some guidance on profile creation (e.g. for the 6 cup, would like to increase the bloom and rest but don't know if that makes sense or not).
Have gone finer with the grind (7 on the Ode 2) which gives a richer taste in the 6 cup. As an aside, I roast my own beans and usually go for a Full City or Full City+. Haven't tried any of the beans that came with the Aiden. Nor have I tried the cold brew (soon).
Not much to the app yet - still seems to be a work in progress.
