A Coffee Nerd’s Dream Machine

Where do I start… I pre-ordered this on day one and it was so worth the five month wait! I wanted a machine to consistently make a pour over day in and day out, without the errors of a human. I was in the coffee industry for five years and no one can be as consistent as the Aiden. The fact that brew profiles can be customized or downloaded from roasters with how they intended the coffee to be brewed is genius, it really makes you feel closer to the coffee! The Aiden is the perfect machine for anyone, and especially so for those coffee enthusiasts. The Aiden makes the most fun and tasty cup of coffee each and every morning!
I’ve owned all of Fellow’s brewing products and this one is no different - high quality, well thought through, absolutely stunning, and reliable. Keep it up Fellow, you’re doing amazing!

Best pour over coffee experience.

After a full week of brewing different coffees delivered with my Aiden, I’ve been blown away by the ease-of-use and quality of the brewed coffee. The ability for roasters to provide custom brew profiles is amazing and takes the coffee experience to the next level. As a parent, the scheduling capabilities are a huge convenience.

Top notch and fun to use

I preordered the Aiden because I have loved every Fellow product I’ve ever bought. And I’ve owned most of their products. This coffee maker is no different; it is AWESOME!
The build quality is great. It looks so cool on my counter top. The sleek black look and feel you’ve come to know with Fellow is here with this machine.
It is very easy to use. It’s intuitive and minimalistic. The features like: instant brew, guided brew, and the included brew profiles make this thing so fun to use. And don’t forget - the coffee this machine produces is delicious!!!

A coffee host's new BF

While I love making pour over coffee for people, hosting a larger gathering and making coffee has always felt time-consuming and has taken time away from being with my guests. Aiden is such a great aid-in that! Hosting has become such a breeze now, and it's a real delight to be able to serve guests quality coffee while also getting to intentionally welcome them into my home.

The good:
The sealing for the brew chamber is awesome to avoid steam pouring out.
The profiles and scheduling are great!
Coffee has been excellent
Build quality very solid
The less good:
App is currently useless which was a big problem initially.
Brew profiles are good but more control over pulse size or flow rate would have been even better! The lack of those but inclusion of temperature control per pulse seems like it’s a hardware limitation and not something that would ever come via software update.
Todo list for fellow:
Please get the app out there ASAP
Having Instant Brew based on the basket inserted rather than having to be set for one or the other would be great!
Please please please open the API the app uses for smart home integration!

It’s great. Easy to use and simple to clean. I wish it was smaller but it’s not too big. I wish it had a built in burr grinder for the coffee bean.
