Easiest Coffee I've Ever Made

To be honest I was completely new to the coffee hobby and just wanted something that was good and worked well. The Aiden has blown my expectations out of the water! It makes the best tasting coffee Ive ever had.

Excellent drip results

Guided brews for different roasts resulted in great drip coffee results. The cold brew function was also a nice feature that produces great cold brew.

Wonderful machine great color and pairs well with the grinder i like the ability to switch between full pot and single use i still prefer pour over but this does the job quite well not big and bulky wpuld easily fit in any kitchen its truly a great

As a brewer, it’s remarkable. Incredible results with the profiles. Once they’re loaded in. As a smart brewer, it’s lacking, with the app experience being miserable. Difficulty connecting, constant logouts and schedules not syncing, it has a way to go on this front.

Makes Great Coffee (But You Might Want to Drink It Fast)

The coffee Aiden makes is delicious and I appreciate the customizable brew profiles. It looks great on the counter and is easy to use. However, the insulated carafe leaves a lot to be desired. Fresh coffee cools considerably faster than in other thermal carafes I've used. If you like to drink coffee throughout the morning, it may mean brewing multiple smaller batches or immediately transferring into a better third party carafe. I'm hoping the wonderful Fellow team has plans for an improved carafe in the gen 2 model, whenever that comes.

Nice product to bridge the best of fully automated and fully custom coffee brewing

I've been grinding beans brewing coffee via pour over, moka pot, aeropress and french press since 2020 and have enjoyed the ride. My priorities are the process itself and ending up with a drinkable or better cup of coffee. As an engineer I gravitate towards tinkering but being a busy father I can appreciate that sometimes I can't go all in and need to buy coffee at a local shop. I still plan to do both but Aiden looks to be making that process nicer. i.e. I can brew coffee quickly for myself or for a larger group with sacrificing quality. I'm sure I'll still rotate through the brewing methods I mentioned above because, why not, but I'm hoping that by automating my daily cup I can start looking into getting an espresso machine and pulling shots. Don't tell my wife!

Camper coffee

Meets my requirements. Not for coffee as much as format. This coffee maker sits on a counter in my sprinter van. It has easy access to fill the water and coffee grounds and does not emit steam. The metal carafe is what I needed for camping. It is strapped into place while driving. Since my van does not have WiFi, I can’t take advantage of programming, but it’s good for a simple brew. I’d show a picture but it is not allowing me to add a photo
