Just received our Aiden last week and have found it to make some of the best coffee we have ever had, let alone at home. Having tried French press, pour over a drip coffee at home, Aiden is our go to

Intuitive and Fun to Use

I pre-ordered the Aiden in April and was thrilled to see it arrive last week. We have found it incredibly easy to use and clean. Each batch of coffee has been phenomenal. The Aiden has lived up to, even exceeded, our expectations.

This machine makes the best coffee. It pulls flavors and notes out of beans that is typically only possible when doing a hand pour over.

Best Coffee Purchase Ever

There isn’t much that I like better than a good cup of coffee. When I saw this on preorder, I knew I had to have one. This is one of my favorite coffee purchases. I’ve used it everyday since receiving it. This makes some of the best coffee and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

It does everything and then some!

tl;dr - The 5 stars is in spite of them shipping this without a finished app and some suspect QC which I acknowledge as being annoying BUT this thing makes really incredible coffee which is its #1 job and at that it excels. The only major technical issue I had was the documented bug with maintaining the time, but to Fellow's credit, I received an OTA patch within a day and it has been working fine ever since.
Pros:
- EXTREMELY thoughtful design, including:
- removable water tank
- easiest cleaning carafe I've ever used
- color and icon coded baskets and shower head adjustment.
- scheduled brew is based on when you want the coffee to be ready, not when you want it to start brewing
- magnetic carafe sensor for full brew to stop the actual brew if carafe is removed
- etc etc etc...it is all the little things that are so well done that make you feel like so much thought went into it.
-The carafe is great...in addition to the ease of cleaning, it pours soooooo smoothly, and while it's not THE most heat retentive, it has been fine for me and with the trade offs.
- the amount of customization in the brew profiles is going to be a game changer. It really already is and the built in guides brews are great, but once the app is ready and building the profiles (and hopefully sharing) is a little easier it will unlock the full potential. To be clear, it is possible to customize the profiles now but I don't think I'll go too deep trying to do it through the menu.

Overall, I couldn't recommend this more. It literally checks every box that I have as a coffee lover who also values convenience and flexibility. I'm coming from a 10+ year old Behmor Brazen which I adored but was getting long in the tooth, and this was the first batch brewer that met (and exceeded) all the features it has as well as the quality of the coffee. To top it off, I now have a machine that can make extremely competent single-cup brews AND cold brew to boot. I have never been this excited about a piece of kitchen technology.
