I preordered this the day it was announced. That’s not like me but reading the description and watching the video convinced me. I have only had it a few days now and I haven’t tried every option but I can already say it lives up to my highest expectations.

Perfect and Complete coffee maker

So far, I’ve only gotten to use it for a few days but I’m beyond pleased with it. I’ve tried a bunch of the other coffee makers and they all fell short in some form (no scheduling, bad temperature control, bad kettle design, have to brew a lot at once). This one so far is perfect with no obvious flaws or shortcomings. The coffee coming out of it tastes great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best coffee maker ever

So far, this is really awesome. Makes a really solid pot of coffee.
Only complaint is the App does not work - not sure I really need an App but Fellow needs to up its game if it wants to promote an App. Same issues with the kettle and lack of App ever working.

I just went through the process of purchasing a different coffee maker from Oxo. It was the one with the large (not removable) glass water reservoir and was able to brew both a large pot and a single cup. Sound familiar? The thing is, the Aiden is better in pretty much every way. The removable reservoir is better, the fit and finish of the entire unit is better. The level of attention to detail is impressive (and I guess expected from Fellow) - simple things like the little brew baskets - the color coding, the nice "click" when the handle is in place and the no-drip function of both when they are removed.
Ok - so now the brew... its delicious and programmable. I would say the instant brew (3 cups) settings and the guided brews are excellent, but not quite dialed in for my taste. So I will be building some custom profiles soon. The app is a cool idea and doesn't really do anything (yet) this is expected given the clear communication from the Fellow team.
Love it.

Great coffee maker. Lots of options but can be used just like old fashioned coffee makers. Nice design. I especially like the pot because ALL the coffee can be poured out of it without taking off the lid. The app has problems which I hope will be corrected soon. I have other Fellow products and like all of them

This was hyped up as being a good drip coffee maker that would simplify doing precise temperatures and profiles and it doesn’t disappoint at all. This was worth the money.
The ability to go between batch brew and single serve brewing is very welcoming and the fact that you are able to get the precise measurements for grounds needed and how much water it’ll use is awesome.
All of it is awesome and I recommend to anyone that is looking for simplified drip brewing.
