Excellent machine, thoughtfully designed

This is an incredibly good machine. I bought it in spite of my general skepticism about adding app/software complications to otherwise simple, mechanical things. But this machine makes by far the best drip coffee of any home machine I’ve ever used and every part of it (including the software) is thoughtfully designed and serves a real purpose. I very highly recommend it.

The best coffee

This was gifted to us for Christmas and it is the BEST coffee maker we have ever used. It gives step by step instructions on how to curate the best brew depending on your roast type. Super nice when I get up early in the morning and can schedule the Aidan to make me a perfect cup as I wake up. If you love good coffee please do yourself a favor and get this machine, it’s the highlight of my morning now.

Delicious coffee!

I've been committed to V60/origami pourovers but wanted to have an option for larger servings. The Aiden makes delicious coffee! There's no difference in quality and clarity whatsoever, and the machine is extremely well made with an efficient workflow. Couldn't recommend it more!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this coffee maker! It 'guides' you through correct proportions and brew temps for different types of roasts. It is great!

Amazing coffee from a machine. It’s close to perfect pour over coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is at making coffee. Yes it’s expensive but it definitely delivers on the quality of the coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the design. Marginal instruction guide and bad user interface. Would someone explain how to schedule the coffee to be made a certain time.

Great machine but there will always be room for improvement.

I like a lot of the functionality of the fellow Aiden the customization and the quality of the cup, however one issue is when setting a scheduled brew for the Carter move cup, it can’t detect if it’s there so wasted coffee and a big mess, I get this is a me issue, however when people are tired the cup can be missed by placing it in or it is being used. Just a callout.
