Another Amazing creation from the guys at Fellow!!!

Just got this machine for my office and so far it’s fantastic, I wanted something that could minimize the daily maintenance of French Press without sacrificing quality.
I love the Instant Brew feature that I was able to customize allowing me to extract that added flavor, shall I say a noticeable difference compared to my outgoing brew method.
Overall I’m extremely happy with Aiden and all of my other Fellow Products, keep up the good work

Dream Coffee Machine Worth the wait!!

The **Fellow Aiden pour-over machine** is hands down the most amazing coffee machine I've ever used. I have an instant coffee machine, an espresso machine, and even an AeroPress, but this one tops them all. Whether it's **light, medium, dark roast**, or even **cold brew**, the coffee from the Aiden is consistently outstanding. The flavors are vibrant and well-balanced, and the brewing experience is incredibly user-friendly.
From its sleek design to the ease of adjusting brew settings, it’s clear that Fellow has put serious thought into every detail. You can brew anywhere from a few cups up to 10, which is a game changer if you want to scale for different occasions. The **app integration** is also an exciting feature, and I'm looking forward to more software updates that will make this machine even better.
Overall, this machine scores a solid **10/10** in every category for me. If you're serious about coffee, the Fellow Aiden is a must-have.

I don't normally do reviews but will do a quick one on my Aiden. It's simple to use as I haven't delved into its more advanced features. Evan at that, it makes a great cup of coffee. Couldn't be happier with it.

I was waiting for this coffee maker to show up for ages and had apprehension about it as I've never been a fan of buying the first model of anything. However, this thing is incredible! It's honestly better than I can make in a pour over and while I don't see myself getting too crazy with the fine tuning I will probably set myself up a little tasting panel to figure out the exact process and temps that I prefer. It's astounding how easy and convenient it is to use. And we don't even have all the features yet!

I’ve had the machine since last Saturday. I’m enjoying getting to know it. I have strayed from the standard profiles a little, but the coffee has always been good, and mostly excellent. I go to bed looking forward to waking up to this little piece of Brutalist architecture on my kitchen counter, and the pour over quality coffee it produces.

Worth the wait!

It finally arrived, actually 2 days before estimated delivery. The packaging was robust and the box containing the Aiden would give Apple a challenge in design. The booklets and electronic display had a great cup of coffee brewed in 5 minutes.

Love the style and functionality!

I was looking for a way to simplify my morning coffee making process and also a way to make great tasting coffee for a larger group of people. So far Aiden has checked both of those requirements! I have been using Aiden now for a week and I have been quite happy with the results. I’m still working on dialing in the ratios of coffee and water for the optimum results, as I don’t feel that Aiden can quite get the flavors as a pour over will do for me.
