Great coffee

Makes delicious coffee. My only complaints are that you can’t start or schedule the brew process from the app and there isn’t a hot pad.

I have over-enjoyed my Aiden! It is by far the finest coffee maker I have ever owned. From single-drip to a pot, it is unbelievable! I have read reviews of the Aiden and comments like "it has no warmer" or "the pot loses heat", etc. I guess those reviewers "enjoy cooked coffee" and/or "drinking aging, bitter coffee."

Great product - but required replacement

This was gifted to me as a Christmas present as I love fellow products.
I was a little surprised to find that a replacement was required as the machine did not read the batch basket and a batch error kept popping up. Fellow responded quickly and sent in a replacement that now works great.

Best Coffee Maker. EVER

This is THE best coffee maker. Ever. I can’t believe how good of a cup of pour over this makes. Also as a newbie to coffee nerddom, this makes the process EASY. How many cup? What’s the roast? It tells you the weight of the coffee. Combined with the Tally Ho and the Opus, it has been the best way to start off the morning. Also the ability to make a single mug of coffee is key.

Such good coffee!

There is a learning curve to this coffee maker but oh my gosh it makes the best coffee ever. I purchased it along with the scale and the gen 2 coffee grinder. I do wish the book would have a little more info. I had to go to all the videos to find out how many grams max each filter holds and for other tips so I find myself running back and forth to the videos. A little more info at your fingertips would be nice. I make myself a single serve every morning with the max in the filter and get about 20 ounces. It makes a great cold brew too, and in a few hours you can have it, no waiting overnight for the bags to brew. I have used the app to set up a stronger cold brew as it is faster than going through the controls. But so far so good, I am very happy I bought this system!

Beautiful machine, but awful results

Unfortunately, the Aiden just falls way short of my expectations. I have been using a Chemex pour over for years and am very comfortable dialing grinds and getting the best flavor from each cup. I simply cannot find a setting that works for me on this brewer. Each cup comes out flavorless with no aroma, and all acid. I love the build, the quality, the settings and customization, that automation, but it doesn't work for me if I can't get a good cup of coffee out of it. I'm still a fan of Fellow products and have been using the Stagg kettle, the Stagg XF pour over, the Carter mug, and the Atmos canister. I'm not new to the world of Fellow and have been a huge fan. From reviews I've read, I'm certainly alone or in a very small group. Maybe I have to be fully committed to the ecosystem and get their Ode grinder too in order to enjoy the Aiden. Sadly, I'll be returning this one but I truly appreciate the research and development that has gone into this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
